Per tant, el <strong>Pla d\u2019acollida<\/strong> s\u2019ha d\u2019harmonitzar amb el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/arees-actuacio\/centres-serveis-educatius\/projectes-centre\/projecte-educatiu-centre\/index.html\">Projecte Educatiu de Centre<\/a><\/strong> (PEC) i, l\u00f2gicament, ha de ser coherent amb el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/projectes\/plurilinguisme\/sobre\/projecte-linguistic\/\">Projecte ling\u00fc\u00edstic de centre<\/a><\/strong> (PLC), que \u00e9s la part de la gesti\u00f3 de les lleng\u00fces del projecte de centre. Lluny de ser una declaraci\u00f3 d\u2019intencions, el <strong>Pla d\u2019acollida<\/strong> ha de tenir un enfocament marcadament pr\u00e0ctic.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Pla d\u2019acollida<\/strong> permet planificar les actuacions i les estrat\u00e8gies que cal portar a la pr\u00e0ctica, defugint la improvisaci\u00f3 i implicant diferents membres de la comunitat educativa. Dins del pla, s\u2019hi inclouen protocols diferents, segons qui s\u2019ha d\u2019acollir: nous docents, alumnes i fam\u00edlies de P3 a comen\u00e7ament de curs o <strong>alumnat\u00a0i fam\u00edlies nouvingudes<\/strong>. Nosaltres ens centrarem en aquest darrer grup.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Protocols d&#8217;acollida &#8211; <\/strong>Els <strong>protocols d\u2019acollida<\/strong> s\u00f3n la part dels plans d\u2019acollida que recullen la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de tr\u00e0mits i passos que s\u2019han de seguir des del moment en qu\u00e8 l\u2019alumne\/a arriba al centre fins que s\u2019incorpora a l\u2019aula ordin\u00e0ria, preveient que la majoria d\u2019aquests alumnes faran el recorregut fora del termini ordinari (matr\u00edcula viva). Cal remarcar que el <strong>Pla d\u2019acollida<\/strong> diferencia entre l\u2019arribada ordin\u00e0ria d\u2019alumnes a inici de curs i l\u2019arribada extraordin\u00e0ria en qualsevol moment, coneguda com a <em>matr\u00edcula viva<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>No s\u2019ha de partir de la improvisaci\u00f3 d\u2019actuacions sin\u00f3 que cal haver-les pactat i assumir-les per part dels diferents professionals del centre que hi han d\u2019intervenir: per exemple, cal establir un dia concret per fer l\u2019acollida de la fam\u00edlia al centre i cal preveure la necessitat dels serveis d\u2019int\u00e8rpret en el moment de fer la primera entrevista.<\/p>\n<p>Us facilitem un <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/acollidasuport\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2169\/2024\/09\/Protocols-dacollida.pdf\"><strong>model de protocols d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;acollida<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0que podeu adaptar a la realitat del vostre centre educatiu i un <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/acollidasuport\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2169\/2024\/09\/Fitxa_alumnat_origen_estranger-4.pdf\"><strong>model de fitxa per a la recollida d\u2019informaci\u00f3 sobre l\u2019alumne\/a<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Protocols d&#8217;acollida &#8211; Els protocols d\u2019acollida s\u00f3n la part dels plans d\u2019acollida que recullen la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de tr\u00e0mits i passos que s\u2019han de seguir des del moment en qu\u00e8 l\u2019alumne\/a arriba al centre fins que s\u2019incorpora a l\u2019aula ordin\u00e0ria, preveient que la majoria d\u2019aquests alumnes faran el recorregut fora del termini ordinari (matr\u00edcula viva).
