Con\u00e8ixer aquestes caracter\u00edstiques permet entendre reaccions d\u2019alguns infants i joves i de les fam\u00edlies davant de pr\u00e0ctiques o d\u2019estils d\u2019aprenentatge que s\u2019allunyen de les pr\u00e0ctiques educatives que han viscut.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s molt important saber el grau d\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat nouvingut. Per aquest motiu, s\u2019ofereixen <a href=\"https:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/projectes\/alumnat-origen-estranger\/alumnatnou\/avaluacio\/inicial2\/\"><strong>proves inicials<\/strong><\/a> en les lleng\u00fces de l\u2019alumnat que tenen m\u00e9s pres\u00e8ncia al nostre sistema educatiu. Aquests instruments d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 formen part de les proves inicials per a alumnat nouvingut procedent d\u2019altres sistemes educatius i tenen com a destinataris tots els nois i les noies acabats d\u2019arribar al sistema educatiu catal\u00e0. El model de prova va destinat a alumnat d\u2019or\u00edgens m\u00faltiples, de 8 a 16 anys, amb el qual no \u00e9s possible la comunicaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;espai <a href=\"https:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/projectes\/alumnat-origen-estranger\/alumnatnou\/avaluacio\/inicial2\/\"><strong>Instruments per a l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 inicial<\/strong><\/a> disposeu tant de les <strong>instruccions<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0per al professorat per a l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 inicial de\u00a0<\/span>les compet\u00e8ncies de L1 i del coneixement del principi alfab\u00e8tic<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"><strong> de l&#8217;alumnat de nova \u00a0incorporaci\u00f3 al sistema educatiu catal\u00e0<\/strong>, com de les <strong>i<\/strong><\/span><strong>nstruccions<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0per al professorat per a la prova de\u00a0<\/span>coneixements curriculars de Matem\u00e0tiques<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"> per a con\u00e8ixer les habilitats b\u00e0siques d&#8217;alumnes de 6 a 14 anys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tota aquesta informaci\u00f3 permetr\u00e0 elaborar, d\u2019una forma m\u00e9s ajustada, els plans de suport individualitzats de cada alumne (PI).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c9s molt important saber el grau d\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat nouvingut.
