Per a citar un exemple sorprenent, segons un estudi d\u2019Unicef, m\u00e9s de la meitat de les noies de 3r i 4rt d\u2019ESO han rebut missatges sexuals a trav\u00e9s de xarxes, dues terceres parts han acceptat desconeguts a les xarxes i han accedit a continguts pornogr\u00e0fics.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta not\u00edcia ens fem ress\u00f2 de l&#8217;opini\u00f3 de l\u2019especialista en la prevenci\u00f3 de la conducta su\u00efcida en la inf\u00e0ncia i l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia, Francisco Villar Cabeza, en la l\u00ednia que l\u2019\u00fas de les pantalles agreuja molts dels problemes existents entre els joves.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lloc, cal admetre que els dispositius digitals s\u00f3n presents en la vida de la majoria de nois i noies, a edats cada cop m\u00e9s primerenques. Villar afirma, per exemple, que tot i que un nen\/a amb m\u00f2bil segui al menjador al costat dels pares, no saben ni on ni amb qui est\u00e0 el seu fill o filla. Cita textualment &lt;&lt;el m\u00f3n digital \u00e9s virtual, per\u00f2 les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies es materialitzen a la realitat&gt;&gt;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons l&#8217;autor, les pantalles agreugen les confusions i desorientacions t\u00edpiques del tr\u00e0nsit per l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia. L\u2019\u00fas de m\u00f2bils, tauletes i pantalles afecta en general les habilitats socials, afectives i relacionals dels adolescents.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies de la digitalitzaci\u00f3 entre el jovent s\u00f3n la manca de reflexivitat, empatia, control dels impulsos, toler\u00e0ncia a la frustraci\u00f3 i sensibilitzaci\u00f3 davant la viol\u00e8ncia, entre d\u2019altres conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre els infants, provoquen deteriorament de la salut visual, alteracions en el son, promoci\u00f3 del sedentarisme, foment d\u2019h\u00e0bits alimentaris dolents&#8230; A m\u00e9s, interfereixen negativament en el rendiment escolar a causa d\u2019un deteriorament clar de les funcions executives (atenci\u00f3, percepci\u00f3, lectoescriptura i creativitat) associat a l\u2019\u00fas de pantalles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p>Nom\u00e9s per a citar un exemple concret, Francisco Villar alerta que una exposici\u00f3 di\u00e0ria de vint minuts a la pantalla dels m\u00f2bils s\u2019ha demostrat que resulta en alteracions identificables entre els adolescents i a m\u00e9s, insisteix, hi ha evid\u00e8ncia contrastada que no milloren el rendiment acad\u00e8mic ni les relacions interpersonals. Un inc\u00eds, el sentit cr\u00edtic, la necess\u00e0ria reflexi\u00f3 que requereixen els aprenentatges i el viure en el present s\u00f3n molt lluny dels dispositius digitals.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3, l\u2019exposici\u00f3 a les pantalles actua mitjan\u00e7ant tres vies: deteriora habilitats personals, interfereix en h\u00e0bits saludables i incrementa escenaris d\u2019exposici\u00f3 a situacions inadequades. L\u2019exposici\u00f3 a les pantalles tamb\u00e9  duu a una p\u00e8rdua de sensibilitat, un efecte de cultiu i un modelatge de conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies devastadores per a les persones que, a m\u00e9s, fomenta conductes com el ciberassetjament i el despertar de la sexualitat a trav\u00e9s de la pornografia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u00e8 s\u2019hi pot fer? Endarrerir l\u2019\u00fas de m\u00f2bils al m\u00e0xim possible (Villar parla de 16 o 18 anys); res de pantalles fins als 6 anys, mai a l\u2019habitaci\u00f3 ni abans d\u2019anar a escola o abans de dormir o mentre es fa alguna altra activitat;
