{"id":11974,"date":"2025-05-27T14:47:36","date_gmt":"2025-05-27T12:47:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/alumnat\/?p=11974"},"modified":"2025-05-29T09:47:58","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T07:47:58","slug":"al-teu-centre-projecte-escoltam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/alumnat\/al-teu-centre-projecte-escoltam\/","title":{"rendered":"Al teu centre, projecte Escolta\u2019m!\u202f\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Subdirecci\u00f3 General d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3, Participaci\u00f3 i Benestar de l\u2019Alumnat fa una crida als centres educatius a <strong>implementar el <\/strong><strong><em>Projecte Escolta\u2019m: tutoria personalitzada<\/em><\/strong><strong>, <\/strong>adre\u00e7at a l\u2019alumnat de prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El projecte &#8220;Escolta\u2019m&#8221; dirigit als docents dels centres educatius, promou espais d\u2019escolta activa dins els centres amb grups redu\u00efts d\u2019alumnes, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019acompanyar emocionalment l\u2019alumnat i afavorir un entorn escolar acollidor i respectu\u00f3s.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consisteix a oferir un temps i un espai de tutoria personalitzada setmanal a 3 o 4 alumnes i al seu tutor o tutora, per tal que puguin expressar de manera respectuosa i emp\u00e0tica, reconeixent la singularitat i la hist\u00f2ria personal de cada alumne, i fomentar la seva resili\u00e8ncia, autoconeixement i benestar emocional. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest projecte ha anat creixent progressivament. Ha estat implementat en m\u00e9s de 70 centres educatius de Catalunya, incloent-hi escoles i instituts d\u2019infantil, prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria. . Aquest curs s\u2019hi han incorporat 19 centres m\u00e9s, que se sumen a la xarxa del Segri\u00e0 \u2014pionera en el desenvolupament del projecte\u2014, la qual compta actualment amb una trentena de centres participants.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u202fLa valoraci\u00f3 inicial ha estat molt positiva: els centres destaquen la millora en el clima escolar, l\u2019augment de la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat i una major sensibilitzaci\u00f3 envers el benestar emocional dins la comunitat educativa.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La implementaci\u00f3 del projecte es desenvolupa al llarg de dos cursos escolars:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Primer curs<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica del professorat:<\/strong> es realitza una formaci\u00f3 presencial de 20 hores al centre educatiu, adre\u00e7ada a tot el claustre o a una part del professorat, amb l&#8217;acompanyament d\u2019un\/a expert\/a. L\u2019horari es pacta amb la persona formadora.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tutoria personalitzada:<\/strong> s\u2019incorpora a l\u2019horari un espai destinat a la tutoria personalitzada amb un grup redu\u00eft d\u2019alumnes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Coordinaci\u00f3:<\/strong> es programa una reuni\u00f3 de coordinaci\u00f3 mensual (o cada mes i mig) amb els tutors i tutores implicats en el projecte Escolta\u2019m i amb el\/la referent extern\/a.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Espai acollidor:<\/strong> es crea un espai f\u00edsic agradable i adequat per dur a terme l\u2019acompanyament amb l\u2019alumnat.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Segon curs<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Formaci\u00f3 avan\u00e7ada del professorat:<\/strong> es realitza una formaci\u00f3 presencial de segon nivell, tamb\u00e9 de 20 hores, al centre educatiu.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Formaci\u00f3 per al nou professorat:<\/strong> es preveu una formaci\u00f3 a dist\u00e0ncia de 8 hores per al professorat que s\u2019incorpori al projecte en cursos posteriors.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tutoria personalitzada:<\/strong> es mant\u00e9 l\u2019espai de tutoria amb grups redu\u00efts d\u2019alumnes dins de l\u2019horari lectiu.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Continu\u00eftat del projecte:<\/strong> es dona continu\u00eftat a la implementaci\u00f3 i desenvolupament del projecte a
