En aquest espai web hi trobar\u00e0s informaci\u00f3 al respecte per tal de protegir els drets dels infants i adolescents, promoure la conviv\u00e8ncia i garantir un entorn escolar segur i respectu\u00f3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es tracta dels\u202f<a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/centres\/projeducatiu\/convivencia\/protocols\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Protocols per a la millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong><\/a>, del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, que s\u00f3n:\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/departament\/publicacions\/protocols\/actuacio-davant-violencia-ambit-educatiu\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>El Protocol d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 davant de qualsevol tipus de viol\u00e8ncia en l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu<\/strong><\/a> \u00e9s el protocol que s\u2019ha publicat i ha entrat en funcionament aquest curs 2023-2024. Aquest protocol unifica alguns dels protocols anteriors i facilita als centres educatius la tasca d\u2019abordar les diferents situacions de viol\u00e8ncia. Com a novetat, incorpora la intervenci\u00f3 educativa davant les irregularitats i conductes contr\u00e0ries a la conviv\u00e8ncia i el circuit d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 davant les faltes greument perjudicials per a la conviv\u00e8ncia. Aix\u00ed mateix, ofereix orientacions i recursos per a la prevenci\u00f3, la detecci\u00f3, la valoraci\u00f3 i la intervenci\u00f3 educativa davant les situacions de viol\u00e8ncia envers la inf\u00e0ncia i adolesc\u00e8ncia, i garanteix la protecci\u00f3 dels seus drets, l\u2019enfocament restauratiu global, la perspectiva de g\u00e8nere i la interseccionalitat.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest protocol unifica els protocols anteriorment vigents:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protocol de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 davant l&#8217;assetjament i el ciberassetjament entre iguals.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protocol de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 enfront l&#8217;assetjament escolar a persones LGBTI.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protocol de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 davant la viol\u00e8ncia masclista entre l&#8217;alumnat. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protocol de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 davant conductes d&#8217;odi i de discriminaci\u00f3&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Podeu consultar tamb\u00e9 el <a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/home\/departament\/publicacions\/protocols\/actuacio-davant-violencia-ambit-educatiu\/circuit-actuacio-protocol.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Circuit d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 davant de qualsevol tipus de viol\u00e8ncia en l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu<\/a> del protocol.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/home\/departament\/publicacions\/protocols\/intervencio-faltes-greus-convivencia\/protocol-intervencio-faltes-greus-convivencia.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Procediment d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 en cas de faltes greument perjudicials per a la conviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>Aquest protocol tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha publicat a l\u2019inici d\u2019aquest curs 2023-204 i substitueix&nbsp; l\u2019antic protocol d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 en cas de conflicte greu. El contingut, per\u00f2, no ha canviat, at\u00e8s que desenvolupa el procediment per aplicar expedients a l\u2019alumnat que ha com\u00e8s alguna falta greument perjudicial per a la conviv\u00e8ncia, i que est\u00e0 recollit al Decret 102\/2010, de 3 d\u2019agost d\u2019autonomia dels centres educatius.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/centres\/projeducatiu\/convivencia\/protocols\/conflicte-comissio-infraccio-penal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Protocol d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 amb menors de catorze anys en situacions de conflicte o comissi\u00f3 d&#8217;una infracci\u00f3 penal<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u202f<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/centres\/projeducatiu\/convivencia\/protocols\/maltractament-infantil-adolescent\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Protocol de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3, notificaci\u00f3, derivaci\u00f3 i coordinaci\u00f3 de les situacions de maltractament infantil i adolescent en l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> Aquest protocol general es completa amb els espec\u00edfics de la Secretaria d\u2019Igualtats, del Departament d&#8217;Igualtat i Feminismes:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/chrome-extension:\/\/efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj\/https:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/.content\/alfresco\/d\/d\/workspace\/SpacesStore\/0058\/81d5e53c-4b6c-4631-b9f3-06fc87c0cccb\/protocol_matrimonisforcats_girona.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Protocol per a la prevenci\u00f3 i l&#8217;abordatge del matrimoni for\u00e7at a Catalunya<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/igualtat.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/Ambits\/antiracisme-migracions\/prevencio-violencia-masclista\/mutilacio-genital\/Protocol_mutilacio_catala.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Protocol d&#8217;actuacions per prevenir la mutilaci\u00f3 genital femenina<\/strong><\/a><strong><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019acord <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/portaldogc.gencat.cat\/utilsEADOP\/PDF\/7143\/1506977.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">ACORD GOV\/79\/2016, de 14 de juny<\/a> que aprova el<strong>\u202f<\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/dretssocials.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/03ambits_tematics\/07infanciaiadolescencia\/proteccio_infancia_i_adolescencia\/maltractaments\/protocol_actuacio_maltractament_infantil_ambit_educatiu\/protocol_actuacio_situacions_maltractament_infantil_adolescent_ambit_educatiu.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Protocol d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3, entre els departaments de Treball, Afers Socials i Fam\u00edlies i d&#8217;Ensenyament, de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3, notificaci\u00f3, derivaci\u00f3 i coordinaci\u00f3 de les situacions de maltractament infantil i adolescent en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit educatiu<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> indica en el seu apartat 3 determina que el protocol s\u2019aplica, pel que fa a l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu, als centres p\u00fablics i privats sostinguts amb fons p\u00fablics que conformen el servei d\u2019educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya, on s\u2019escolaritzin alumnes menors d\u2019edat.
