Per elaborar el pla de suport individualitzat cal partir sempre de la programaci\u00f3 did\u00e0ctica. Les orientacions per elaborar el PI queden recollides en el seg\u00fcent document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-1 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/aula-acollida\/documents\/orientacions-per-a-lelaboracio-del-pla-de-suport-individualitzat\/\">Orientacions elaboraci\u00f3 PI<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> L\u2019alumnat nouvingut que s\u2019incorpora tardanament en el sistema educatiu de Catalunya necessita ajudes i suports per assolir les compet\u00e8ncies espec\u00edfiques de les \u00e0rees i mat\u00e8ries ling\u00fc\u00edstiques que no coneix ni domina. T\u00e9 com a objectiu ajudar els docents que participen en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge de la llengua catalana per part de l\u2019alumnat nouvingut a <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">elaborar plans de suport individualitzats<\/span><\/strong> i a determinar el grau d\u2019assoliment dels criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 fixats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s una guia per orientar als docents en la selecci\u00f3 i redacci\u00f3 dels indicadors d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 amb exemples clars, i prenent com a refer\u00e8ncia Marc Com\u00fa Europeu de Refer\u00e8ncia per a les
