En la fase d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3, pot treballar en codoc\u00e8ncia? Hi ha planificades converses de feedback? Hi ha aprenentatge entre iguals, com es realitza.En quin moment van els estudiants, quantes hores de pr\u00e0ctiques, en quantes fases es divideixen les pr\u00e0ctiques, que es fa en cada fase.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desenvolupament de la coordinaci\u00f3 i la mentoria en el centre: procediment de designaci\u00f3, es comparteixen les pr\u00e0ctiques de mentoria dins de centre i entre centres?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intercanvi pedag\u00f2gic, col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb la universitats m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les pr\u00e0ctiques, projectes de recerca,etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfocament cap a la millora: les evid\u00e8ncies obtingudes s&#8217;utilitzen per a la millora del centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coneixement d\u2019eines i instruments que s&#8217;utilitzen en l&#8217;acompanyament, aix\u00ed com d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3.
