Teachers need training in, as well as examples of, good practices of innovative, interactive and inspiring learning and teaching methods. While the pupils need teachers who are motivated to offer them both professional expertise and functional language in a way that speaks to them and makes them realize that what they are learning is useful and necessary for both their professional and personal lives.
In this context, BOOST FOR CLIL IN VET project, Foreign Language and Acquisition of Marketable Educational Skills, aims at improving the competitiveness and employability of vocational students in a global European market.
The VET’s CLIL project is aimed at widening the opportunities of VET students in a globalised world by implementing the content and language integrated learning (CLIL) methodology in the curricula.
