Diem que una situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s considerada bullying quan es donen totes les caracter\u00edstiques seg\u00fcents:<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:15% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"477\" height=\"484\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/Icona-grup.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12192 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/Icona-grup.jpg 477w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/Icona-grup-296x300.jpg 296w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 477px) 100vw, 477px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Fenomen social que es dona en grup:<\/strong>&nbsp;Les parts implicades tenen un vincle que es dona entre iguals, siguin infants o joves. Quan apareix una situaci\u00f3 d\u2019assetjament es trenca aquesta igualtat i sorgeixen diferents rols: persona en rol d\u2019agressora, persona en rol de v\u00edctima i persona en rol d\u2019espectadora. Pot haver-hi m\u00e9s d\u2019una persona en cada rol. Seria insuficient limitar el cas a qui produeix l\u2019agressi\u00f3 i qui la pateix, ja que tenint en compte el context on passa, tot l\u2019alumnat espectador n\u2019\u00e9s part implicada.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:15% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"383\" height=\"505\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/Icona-perdura-en-el-temps.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12194 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/Icona-perdura-en-el-temps.jpg 383w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/Icona-perdura-en-el-temps-228x300.jpg 228w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 383px) 100vw, 383px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Maltractament sostingut en el temps:<\/strong>&nbsp;La continu\u00eftat de les agressions, del tipus que siguin, comporta un dolor sostingut en el temps. La persona que ho pateix es troba en una posici\u00f3 d\u2019indefensi\u00f3 enfront de qui l\u2019intimida, i aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia inseguretat i deteriorament de l\u2019autoestima. Cal diferenciar, per tant, situacions puntuals \u2014on s\u2019haur\u00e0 de fer la intervenci\u00f3 corresponent, tot i no ser assetjament\u2014 d\u2019aquelles que es perpetuen en el temps, que s\u00f3n considerades bullying.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:15% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"435\" height=\"402\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/persecucio-sempre-psico.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12197 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/persecucio-sempre-psico.jpg 435w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/persecucio-sempre-psico-300x277.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 435px) 100vw, 435px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Persecuci\u00f3 f\u00edsica, verbal i\/o social, sempre psicol\u00f2gica:<\/strong>&nbsp;Tot ab\u00fas de poder t\u00e9 un component psicol\u00f2gic i, a banda, pot ser tamb\u00e9 d\u2019altres tipus. \u00c9s dif\u00edcil pensar que alg\u00fa pugui rebre una agressi\u00f3 f\u00edsica, per exemple, i que aquesta no tingui alhora un impacte psicol\u00f2gic en la persona. Per aix\u00f2 diem que la part psicol\u00f2gica est\u00e0 sempre present. Aquestes agressions es poden manifestar de forma directa, on la persona en rol d\u2019agressora dona la cara, o indirecta, m\u00e9s subtil, on la persona en rol de v\u00edctima nota que alguna cosa est\u00e0 passant, sense saber qui n\u2019\u00e9s responsable.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:15% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"486\" height=\"414\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/icona-escola.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12198 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/icona-escola.jpg 486w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/icona-escola-300x256.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 486px) 100vw, 486px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>S\u2019origina en entorns educatius:<\/strong>&nbsp;La relaci\u00f3 entre persones implicades ha nascut en un context educatiu, tant formal com no formal. Aix\u00f2 inclou escoles, instituts, entitats de lleure, extraescolars, centres esportius, escoles de m\u00fasica, etc. Cal destacar que si s\u2019han conegut en un entorn educatiu, encara que la viol\u00e8ncia es doni a fora, igualment es considera assetjament escolar i cal actuar des del centre, ja que la relaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 origen en el centre escolar.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:15% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"462\" height=\"427\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/abus-poder.bmp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12201 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/abus-poder.bmp 462w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/abus-poder-300x277.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 462px) 100vw, 462px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Ab\u00fas de poder:<\/strong>&nbsp;Els rols anteriorment descrits posen en evid\u00e8ncia que s\u2019ha trencat la igualtat entre les persones implicades i aix\u00f2 provoca una difer\u00e8ncia de poder entre iguals. Tot ab\u00fas de poder t\u00e9 una intencionalitat de fer mal.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">En aquest sentit, tamb\u00e9 haurem de tenir en compte la consci\u00e8ncia del mal provocat. Els casos on la intencionalitat no va acompanyada de la consci\u00e8ncia s\u00f3n, per exemple, en la primera inf\u00e0ncia \u2014on en el desenvolupament de l'empatia est\u00e0 en un estat molt primari\u2014 o en l'alumnat amb necessitats educatives especials (NEE) que per les seves caracter\u00edstiques no tingui el nivell de consci\u00e8ncia per saber el dany que est\u00e0 provocant. En aquests casos s\u2019haur\u00e0 de fer la intervenci\u00f3 corresponent, encara que la tipificaci\u00f3 no sigui la d\u2019assetjament escolar.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Un cop explicat l\u2019assetjament escolar, podem analitzar-ne alguns exemples:<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><a espec\u00edfics que fan augmentar el patiment de la persona ciberassetjada, com s\u00f3n:<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:27% d\u2019impunitat, ja que fa servir pseud\u00f2nims o canvia la identitat, la qual cosa en dificulta la identificaci\u00f3 i aix\u00f2 fa que sigui molt dif\u00edcil defensar-se\u2019n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El&nbsp;<strong>baix nivell de consci\u00e8ncia del dany provocat<\/strong>&nbsp;per part de la persona en rol d\u2019agressora, que pot haver despersonalitzat i, com que no veu les reaccions dels altres, baixi el nivell de consci\u00e8ncia del patiment que est\u00e0 generant, tot i tenir intencionalitat de fer mal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La&nbsp;<strong>difusi\u00f3 \u00e9s exponencial i perdura en el temps<\/strong>&nbsp;en funci\u00f3 el tipus mitjans utilitzats, de manera que es pot compartir per internet amb un sol clic i est\u00e0 disponible les 24h del dia, havent-hi una gran exposici\u00f3 p\u00fablica durant molt de temps, perqu\u00e8 el material publicat \u00e9s dif\u00edcil d\u2019eliminar.
