Segons el diccionari de la Llengua catalana (DIEC) vol dir <em>Posar en possessi\u00f3 d\u2019all\u00f2 que \u00e9s necessari (alg\u00fa o alguna cosa), fer que ho tingui, que no li manqui<\/em>. <br><br>El terme <strong>provenci\u00f3<\/strong> va ser creat per John W. Burton el 1990, i va ser Paco Casc\u00f3n qui el va introduir a Catalunya. Provenci\u00f3 vol dir <strong>dotar a les persones i als grups de les aptituds necess\u00e0ries per afrontar el conflicte de manera no violenta<\/strong>. Per tant, l\u2019objectiu de la provenci\u00f3 no \u00e9s evitar el conflicte, ja que aquest \u00e9s inherent a les relacions humanes, sin\u00f3 desenvolupar les habilitats i estrat\u00e8gies que ens permetin afrontar-lo de forma no violenta, abans que arribi a la crisi, perqu\u00e8 d\u2019aquesta manera, els conflictes, esdevinguin una oportunitat d\u2019aprenentatge i creixement personal i col\u00b7lectiu per a totes les parts (Escola de Cultura per la Pau).<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><strong><em>Per\u00f2 qu\u00e8 entenem per conflicte?<\/em><\/strong> <br>\u00c9s b\u00e0sic tenir una mirada i un llenguatge compartit dins del claustre i amb tota la comunitat educativa, sobre qu\u00e8 entenem per conflicte i quina \u00e9s la millor manera d\u2019acompanyar-lo per a una gesti\u00f3 positiva d\u2019aquest, evitant que arribi a la crisi i d\u2019aquesta manera evitant, tamb\u00e9, l\u2019aparici\u00f3 de la viol\u00e8ncia.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/07\/Conflicte.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"4500\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/07\/Conflicte.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11562\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/07\/Conflicte.png 4500w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/07\/Conflicte-300x40.png 300w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/07\/Conflicte-1024x137.png 1024w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/07\/Conflicte-768x102.png 768w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/07\/Conflicte-1536x205.png 1536w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/07\/Conflicte-2048x273.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 4500px) 100vw, 4500px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Un <strong>conflicte<\/strong>, segons Paco Casc\u00f3n (2006), \u00e9s aquella situaci\u00f3 de disputa o diverg\u00e8ncia en qu\u00e8 hi ha una contraposici\u00f3 d\u2019interessos o necessitats antag\u00f2niques entre dues o m\u00e9s parts. Per tant, com apunt\u00e0vem abans, els conflictes s\u00f3n consubstancials a les relacions humanes i s\u00f3n ineludibles, ja que vivim en un m\u00f3n divers on cadasc\u00fa t\u00e9 interessos i necessitats diferents. Malgrat que intentem evadir-los, els conflictes seguiran el seu curs. <br><br>El <strong>conflicte apareix de la contraposici\u00f3 d\u2019interessos, necessitats o valors<\/strong>. Quan la satisfacci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes necessitats impedeix la satisfacci\u00f3 de les necessitats de l\u2019altra, les persones entrem en conflicte. Si no sabem fer-hi front o resoldre\u2019l de forma positiva en aquesta fase inicial, aleshores entrem en la din\u00e0mica del conflicte, aqu\u00ed comen\u00e7a el problema, on apareixen els malentesos, la incomunicaci\u00f3, les pors i les inseguretats. Si el conflicte escala, arribem a la fase de crisis, que pot comportar una resposta violenta. La crisi \u00e9s all\u00f2 que comunament identifiquem com a conflicte, per\u00f2 en realitat, el conflicte ja fa temps que ha aparegut. El conflicte, com veiem, no \u00e9s quelcom puntual, sin\u00f3 que \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s, per tant, la seva resoluci\u00f3 no ser\u00e0 fruit d\u2019una acci\u00f3 puntual, sin\u00f3 d\u2019un conjunt d\u2019accions que formaran, tamb\u00e9, un proc\u00e9s.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Cada fase del conflicte t\u00e9 les seves eines corresponents per tal de resoldre\u2019l, com m\u00e9s amunt ens trobem, el proc\u00e9s del conflicte estar\u00e0 m\u00e9s avan\u00e7at, m\u00e9s depend\u00e8ncia de terceres persones hi haur\u00e0, i menys satisfact\u00f2ries seran les mesures a les quals s\u2019arribar\u00e0. Aqu\u00ed no hi ha temps per a la reflexi\u00f3 ni l'an\u00e0lisi. Cal aturar la viol\u00e8ncia. La crisi, per tant, \u00e9s el pitjor moment per intentar resoldre un conflicte de forma positiva i creativa. Per tal de resoldre el conflicte d\u2019una manera positiva, caldr\u00e0 intervenir en les seves fases m\u00e9s primerenques. L\u2019<strong>estrat\u00e8gia proventiva<\/strong> que us volem presentar a continuaci\u00f3, ens permetr\u00e0 acollir els conflictes abans de la crisi. Aix\u00ed com, l\u2019educaci\u00f3 socioemocional i en valors, i en resoluci\u00f3 positiva de conflictes. <br><br>Com m\u00e9s consci\u00e8ncia de grup, m\u00e9s autoconeixement i coneixement de l\u2019altre en l\u2019\u00e0mbit socioemocional tinguem, en el moment que aparegui la contraposici\u00f3 d\u2019interessos, aquest fet ens facilitar\u00e0 no reaccionar o evadir-nos davant del conflicte sin\u00f3 gestionar-lo. Estarem preparats per parar, analitzar i respondre de forma constructiva. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s tan important introduir l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia proventiva dins els centres educatius.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Citant directament el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/home\/departament\/publicacions\/protocols\/actuacio-davant-violencia-ambit-educatiu\/protocol-actuacio-davant-violencia.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Protocol d'actuaci\u00f3 davant de qualsevol tipus de viol\u00e8ncia en l'\u00e0mbit educatiu<\/a><\/strong>, cal desplegar actuacions adre\u00e7ades a l\u2019alumnat per tal de promoure el benestar mitjan\u00e7ant el desenvolupament d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies per a la conviv\u00e8ncia positiva, potenciant els factors de protecci\u00f3 propis com les capacitats, habilitats i compet\u00e8ncies per a la gesti\u00f3 positiva dels conflictes.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">La <strong>provenci\u00f3<\/strong>, per tant,  \u00e9s la nostra caixa d\u2019eines personal, quan l\u2019obrim trobem recursos en educaci\u00f3 emocional i moral, valors i actituds convivencials que ens ajudaran a viure en benestar i gestionar els conflictes de forma positiva. Una caixa d\u2019eines plena d\u2019habilitats i actituds que ajuden a afrontar els desafiaments que la vida ens presenta. <br><br>Sovint aquestes habilitats i aptituds s\u00f3n dins nostre, per\u00f2 no sabem emprar-les o no som conscients que les tenim, cal ajudar els nostres infants i joves a descobrir-les i saber-les emprar correctament.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#f7de8b82\">\n<p><em>\u201cUn infant (&#8230;) t\u00e9 una identitat, una potencialitat que, en el proc\u00e9s de conviv\u00e8ncia educativa, \u00e9s possible anar ajudant a descobrir.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<cite><em>Corbella<\/em> (2007)<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">La provenci\u00f3 es pot desenvolupar en l\u2019\u00e0mbit grupal, com a estrat\u00e8gia de centre o comunit\u00e0ria.
