Entenent conviv\u00e8ncia com un grup on les persones cuiden les unes de les altres, i del benestar del grup, on es mostren participatives i (co) responsables i on es creen relacions saludables entre elles. <\/pre>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12075\" style=\"width:860px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/2.png 700w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/2-300x129.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">L\u2019Escala de la provenci\u00f3 \u00e9s un sistema lineal, on cada esgla\u00f3 est\u00e0 recolzat en l\u2019anterior, cada esgla\u00f3 respon a una necessitat i ens capacita i habilita per al seg\u00fcent. Puges i baixes les escales per consolidar les relacions i la conviv\u00e8ncia.(Bartol\u00ed, Sanfeliu, &amp; Dulcey, 2019. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teixintfilsdemocions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/GUIA-PROVENCIO-ART-CATALA-2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Guia pr\u00e0ctica per abordar el conflicte des de la mirada art\u00edstica<\/a>)<br><br>No \u00e9s una t\u00e8cnica que s\u2019aplica i funciona, \u00e9s una forma d\u2019entendre el conflicte i la formaci\u00f3 de grups que implica un aprenentatge constant cap a la conviv\u00e8ncia des d\u2019una mirada proventiva. Cal entendre l\u2019escala com un proc\u00e9s, en el qual cal ser flexible per\u00f2 sistem\u00e0tic. Cal treballar tots els esglaons de manera gradual, de baix a dalt, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9, un cop tenim el grup cohesionat, caldr\u00e0 anar fent recordatoris o aprofundint en els diferents esglaons en funci\u00f3 de l\u2019observaci\u00f3 del grup  (Bartol\u00ed, Sanfeliu, &amp; Dulcey, 2019). <\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Abans de treballar la provenci\u00f3 en l'\u00e0mbit individual, on ens introdu\u00efm en el camp de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 socioemocional i moral, \u00e9s imprescindible que el grup estigui en conviv\u00e8ncia, si no no donarem lloc a l\u2019obertura i al respecte necessaris a l\u2019hora de fer un treball introspectiu.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">A continuaci\u00f3, desenvolupem els set esglaons de l\u2019Escala de la Provenci\u00f3 (Casc\u00f3n i Mart\u00edn, 1996) i us enlla\u00e7arem recursos per tal que els pugueu anar desenvolupant amb els diferents grups. Les fonts de les quals hem extret el gran gruix d\u2019informaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n Casc\u00f3n (2007),  Escola de Cultura per la Pau i Bartol\u00ed, Sanfeliu, &amp; Dulcey, (2019), majorit\u00e0riament. Sigui per motius laborals, personals o d\u2019estudis hem hagut de fer l\u2019esfor\u00e7 d\u2019entrar en un espai on no coneix\u00edem a ning\u00fa. Afortunats hem estat, les vegades que per atzar hi havia una cara coneguda en aquell lloc, de sobte ens sent\u00edem reconfortats, malgrat que no fossin persones amigues nostres, per\u00f2 en aquell context eren els m\u00e9s coneguts i, per tant, v\u00e0lids per a disminuir la nostra incomoditat. Sovint, amb aquesta acci\u00f3 ja sentim que l\u2019hem presentat i que el grup l\u2019ha reconegut. Efectivament, cadasc\u00fa ha dit el seu nom exposant davant dels companys l\u2019infant nou. <br><br>O b\u00e9, podem crear un espai on aquesta presentaci\u00f3 sigui significativa per a ells i elles, un espai de presentaci\u00f3 real entre alumnat, on es puguin mirar als ulls i recon\u00e8ixer, intercanviar un somriure i, si poden, m\u00e9s paraules, un dibuix, un gest, una fotografia, un objecte, donar lloc a l\u2019inici de la connexi\u00f3. Una din\u00e0mica on hi hagi pres\u00e8ncia real. Aquesta presentaci\u00f3 determinar\u00e0 l\u2019inici del vincle, i caldr\u00e0 anar-la repetint i deixant espais diversos a presentar-se de diferents maneres, des de l\u2019interior a l\u2019exterior. La forma m\u00e9s senzilla de fer-ho \u00e9s generant grups de 3 persones, cadasc\u00fa ha de fer el seg\u00fcent:<br><br>1)Dir el seu nom mirant els ulls de totes les persones del grup.<br>2)Dir una paraula que associa amb ell o ella mateixa.<br>3)Fer una salutaci\u00f3 als altres que ser\u00e0 la seva, amb la qual s\u2019identifica, amb la que sempre saluda als companys. Haur\u00e0 de saludar als membres del grup.<br><br>Despr\u00e9s el docent demana canvi, els grups s\u2019uneixen entre ells creant grups de nou alumnes. Repeteixen la roda. Aquesta valoraci\u00f3 jerarquitzada de les difer\u00e8ncies, sovint, a les aules, est\u00e0 representada per persones concretes. Aix\u00ed, doncs, hi ha persones que en un grup representen all\u00f2 que est\u00e0 m\u00e9s valorat, i d\u2019altres que encarnen aquelles facetes que ho estan menys o gens.<\/em><br><br>All\u00f2 que causa la discriminaci\u00f3 \u00e9s que les persones que conformen el marge i el centre es mantinguin est\u00e0tiques en aquestes posicions. Sovint, una de les actituds habituals \u00e9s que les persones del centre projecten en les persones que conformen el marge \u201call\u00f2 que no volen ser\u201d i, des del seu privilegi d\u2019estar al centre, ho expressin en comportaments excloents.<br><br>Fomentar l\u2019estima dins l\u2019aula \u00e9s treballar la cura expl\u00edcita del grup per part de tots i totes. Molt\u00edssimes, oi?<\/em><\/strong><br><br>Si des del principi, dins de l\u2019entorn escolar, ensenyem al nostre alumnat que la comunicaci\u00f3 entre nosaltres ha de ser respectuosa i no violenta, i anem entrenant-los a parlar des del Jo, i no des del Tu, a poc a poc, aniran adquirint aquesta forma de comunicar-se com un h\u00e0bit.<br><br>El nostre llenguatge est\u00e0 farcit d\u2019in\u00e8rcies i creences, sovint plenes de vergonya, judici, culpa, cr\u00edtica o exig\u00e8ncia. Cal ser conscients i responsabilitzar-nos dels missatges que transmetem. Si en comptes de centrar-nos en l\u2019altre (TU), partim del JO, canviem els retrets per a necessitats personals, la comunicaci\u00f3 vira totalment i la conviv\u00e8ncia esdev\u00e9 m\u00e9s pac\u00edfica.<br><br>Si en comptes de dir, <em>\u201cHa estat culpa teva que jo t\u2019hagi cridat, tu m\u2019has tancat la porta davant dels nassos!\u201d \u201cT\u2019he cridat perqu\u00e8 m\u2019he espantat i de retruc m\u2019he enfadat, perqu\u00e8 no m\u2019esperava que em tancaries la porta quan jo entrava. Un exemple de treball cooperatiu \u00e9s la situaci\u00f3 en la qual van col\u00b7locar uns investigadors a un grup d\u2019infants de l'\u00cdndia. Els van posar una cistella plena de menjar a una dist\u00e0ncia determinada, els van dir que al senyal, tots havien de comen\u00e7ar a c\u00f3rrer per aconseguir la cistella, aquell que arrib\u00e9s primer, se la podria quedar.
