Fins ara, hem posat la lupa sobre el nostre alumnat, damunt de cada grup classe, per\u00f2 si allunyem una mica la lupa i mirem el nostre claustre, el centre en el qual estem treballant, podr\u00edem dir que \u00e9s un centre que vetlla pel benestar i la gesti\u00f3 positiva del conflicte? A continuaci\u00f3 us proposem una aturada per pensar:<br><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/08\/Autoreflexio-5.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/08\/Autoreflexio-5-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11716\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/08\/Autoreflexio-5-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/08\/Autoreflexio-5-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/08\/Autoreflexio-5-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/08\/Autoreflexio-5-1536x864.png 1536w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/08\/Autoreflexio-5.png 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">L\u2019<strong>escala de la provenci\u00f3<\/strong> pot ser transferida al centre educatiu al qual treballem, creant una estructura que fomenti la coneixen\u00e7a i la confian\u00e7a entre els seus membres, on es promogui el desenvolupament socioemocional de cadasc\u00fa,  un centre on hi hagi espais de participaci\u00f3 i presa de decisions comunit\u00e0ries, on es treballi de forma cooperativa; un centre on hi hagi un llenguatge i una mirada compartida sobre conceptes com ara grup, viol\u00e8ncia, conviv\u00e8ncia, diversitat o conflicte; un centre que garanteix un model de conviv\u00e8ncia restauratiu, democr\u00e0tic i lliure de viol\u00e8ncia; un centre que t\u00e9 un sistema de resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes positiva.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#f7a3a378\">\n<p><\/p>\n<cite><em>\u201cSi promovem les bones relacions a dins del grup i el sentiment de pertinen\u00e7a a la comunitat, prevenim molts conflictes i malestar. Actuar de forma preventiva \u00e9s b\u00e0sic\u201d<\/em><br>Vicen\u00e7 Rul.lan extret de Bartol\u00ed, N., Sanfeliu, A., Dulcey, A. (2019)<br><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Per tant, l\u2019escala de la provenci\u00f3 \u00e9s una metodologia que podem aplicar a qualsevol grup: <strong>grup classe, d\u2019equip docent o el claustre, o a qualsevol estructura del centre educatiu<\/strong>.
