{"id":11470,"date":"2024-07-16T11:05:54","date_gmt":"2024-07-16T09:05:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/?page_id=11470"},"modified":"2025-01-15T14:17:09","modified_gmt":"2025-01-15T13:17:09","slug":"3-1-introduccio","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/modul-1-de-la-prevencio-al-concepte-de-provencio\/modul-3-educacio-socioemocional\/3-1-introduccio\/","title":{"rendered":"3.1 Introducci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Quan parlem d\u2019<strong>educaci\u00f3 socioemocional<\/strong> ens referim a totes aquelles actuacions que fem per tal d\u2019acostar-nos al nostre m\u00f3n interior, intentar entendre\u2019l per tal de generar coher\u00e8ncia entre el nostre Sentir, Pensar i Actuar. Aquest fet que ens permetr\u00e0 viure en benestar, sense oblidar que som \u00e9ssers socials i que el nostre benestar dep\u00e8n del benestar del grup. No hi ha benestar personal sense benestar social (Bisquerra, 2016).<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#a9ccbe69\">\n<p><\/p>\n<cite><em>La coher\u00e8ncia \u00e9s fonamental per a la relaci\u00f3 amb un mateix i, tamb\u00e9, per relacionar-se amb els altres <\/em><br>Corbella (2007).<br><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Nom\u00e9s entrarem a dur a terme activitats d\u2019educaci\u00f3 socioemocional en aquells grups els membres del qual es trobin en situaci\u00f3 de confian\u00e7a (quart esgla\u00f3 de l\u2019escala de la provenci\u00f3) entre ells i on ja s\u2019hagin treballat aspectes de comunicaci\u00f3 sana entre elles (cinqu\u00e8 esgla\u00f3). Si el grup no es troba en seguretat, protecci\u00f3 i confian\u00e7a, desaconsellem plenament entrar a fer activitats expl\u00edcites d\u2019educaci\u00f3 socioemocional, ja que col\u00b7loques els infants i joves en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat i desprotecci\u00f3. En el cas que l\u2019educaci\u00f3 socioemocional formi part d\u2019una optativa, aleshores, el docent que l\u2019imparteixi, caldr\u00e0 primer, treballar la consci\u00e8ncia de grup.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Dit aix\u00f2, ens introdu\u00efm en el m\u00f3n de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 socioemocional. En aquest espai aprofundirem en el m\u00f3n de la conducta (el fet d'<strong>actuar<\/strong>), all\u00f2 que els altres veuen de nosaltres, les nostres accions; el m\u00f3n emocional (el fet de <strong>sentir<\/strong>), que \u00e9s l\u2019experimentaci\u00f3, el cos, la intu\u00efci\u00f3, les sensacions, on treballarem sobre la import\u00e0ncia de la consci\u00e8ncia emocional, com a primer pas per a la regulaci\u00f3; i finalment el m\u00f3n racional (el fet de <strong>pensar<\/strong>) on hi ha el pensament, els sentiments, el coneixement, l\u2019autoconeixement, l\u2019observaci\u00f3, el raonament, la decisi\u00f3, els valors, les creences, la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia o la creativitat.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Aix\u00ed doncs, si volem educar les emocions de manera expl\u00edcita a trav\u00e9s de din\u00e0miques d\u2019aula, cal tenir clar que el grup ho necessita i tots els membres del grup se senten protegits i en seguretat en aquest grup. Tot i aix\u00f2, tamb\u00e9 volem comentar que des del primer moment que trepitgem el centre educatiu, nosaltres, com a docents, ja estem fent educaci\u00f3 socioemocional, des del primer \u201cBon dia\u201d fins a l\u2019\u00faltim \u201cAdeu\u201d de la tarda, ja que les emocions estan presents cont\u00ednuament, pel fet que, com menciona Anna Carpena (2017) \u201c<em>tota acci\u00f3 educativa, sigui o no sigui planificada produeix canvis en el cervell, ja que l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia en modifica l\u2019estructura.\u201d<\/em> Aix\u00ed doncs, com nosaltres veiem, ens comuniquem i ens dirigim als nostres alumnes \u00e9s educaci\u00f3 emocional, i per a dur-la a terme, no calen din\u00e0miques, sin\u00f3 consci\u00e8ncia i voluntat.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Per a dur a terme din\u00e0miques expl\u00edcites d\u2019educaci\u00f3 socioemocional, cal que la persona facilitadora d\u2019aquestes sessions, no tingui por de deixar un espai on les emocions s\u2019expressin; les pugui atendre i acompanyar. A m\u00e9s, cal que sigui un model per als infants, ja que com d\u00e8iem a l\u2019apartat 1.4 del M\u00f2dul 1, \u201cLa import\u00e0ncia del com\u201d  les persones aprenem m\u00e9s d\u2019all\u00f2 que sentim i veiem en els altres que d\u2019all\u00f2 que ens diuen. <\/pre>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#a9ccbe69\">\n<p><\/p>\n<cite><em>\u201cAfortunadament, la majoria de les conductes humanes s\u00f3n apreses a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019observaci\u00f3, a trav\u00e9s del modelatge d\u2019altres subjectes\u201d.<\/em><br>Albert Bandura<br><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Finalment, volem comentar que malgrat que nosaltres separem el Sentir, el Pensar i l\u2019Actuar, en realitat estan \u00edntimament connectats i no es pot entendre l'un sense els altres. Acompanyar l'alumnat en el cam\u00ed de l\u2019autoconeixement tenint present el filtre emocional (sentir); el filtre del pensament i moral (pensar) i el filtre de les conductes (actuar), servir\u00e0 per anar treballant per assolir la coher\u00e8ncia i equilibri entre all\u00f2 que sento, el que penso i all\u00f2 que faig, pas b\u00e0sic per a relacionar-nos amb nosaltres mateixos i amb els altres (Joan Corbella). <\/pre>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#a9ccbe69\">\n<p><\/p>\n<cite><em>\u201cL&#8217;emoci\u00f3, el pensament i el cos estan interrelacionats per mitj\u00e0 de circuits bioqu\u00edmics i neuronals de manera que tot el que passa en una dimensi\u00f3 afecta&nbsp;les altres\u201d<\/em>.<br>Carpena, A.
