Volem que es comprengui el fet que, com a&nbsp;<strong>\u00e9ssers socials<\/strong>&nbsp;que som, estem interrelacionats i, per tant, el comportament de cada membre repercuteix a la resta del grup.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Sentir en com\u00fa la necessitat d\u2019una bona conviv\u00e8ncia grupal implica fer que puguem desenvolupar les potencialitats de cadasc\u00fa, aconseguint fer important que tothom senti que hi pertany a la vegada que hi \u00e9s reconegut.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><strong>Sentiment de pertinen\u00e7a<\/strong><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">El sentit de pertinen\u00e7a \u00e9s la satisfacci\u00f3 que obt\u00e9 una persona en sentir-se part integrant d'un grup a partir de la identificaci\u00f3 amb la resta i els seus objectius.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft is-resized\"><a class=\"media\" href=\"https:\/\/ateneu.xtec.cat\/wikiform\/wikiexport\/_detail\/cmd\/eif\/prae\/modul_2\/piramide.jpg?id=cmd%3Aeif%3Aprae%3Amodul_2%3Aapartat_5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ateneu.xtec.cat\/wikiform\/wikiexport\/_media\/cmd\/eif\/prae\/modul_2\/piramide.jpg?w=300&amp;tok=e88592\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:478px;height:auto\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">La&nbsp;<strong>Pir\u00e0mide de Maslow<\/strong>, o jerarquia de les necessitats humanes, \u00e9s la representaci\u00f3 gr\u00e0fica de la teoria psicol\u00f2gica proposada per Abraham Maslow en el seu article Una teoria sobre la motivaci\u00f3 humana de 1943, que posteriorment va ampliar.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Maslow formula una jerarquia de necessitats humanes, i defensa que aix\u00ed que hom satisf\u00e0 les necessitats m\u00e9s b\u00e0siques (part inferior de la pir\u00e0mide), els \u00e9ssers humans desenvolupen necessitats i desitjos m\u00e9s elevats (part superior de la pir\u00e0mide).<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Aquesta&nbsp;<strong>teoria es va rebatre<\/strong>&nbsp;el 1976 quan Mahmoud A. Wahba i Lawrence G. Bridwell van realitzar a Maslow Reconsidered: A Review of Research on the Need Hierarchy Theory una revisi\u00f3 extensa de la teoria de Maslow i van trobar escasses evid\u00e8ncies que aquest ordre de necessitats de Maslow an\u00e9s aix\u00ed o que exist\u00eds alguna jerarquia.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Aix\u00ed doncs, posant en dubte l\u2019ordre jer\u00e0rquic, podem afirmar que el&nbsp;<strong>sentiment de pertinen\u00e7a<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9s&nbsp;<strong>una de les necessitats humanes m\u00e9s presents<\/strong>.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Els&nbsp;<strong>vincles<\/strong>&nbsp;entre els membres d\u2019un grup es desenvolupen a partir d'una s\u00e8rie de components, entre ells, les emocions compartides.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><strong>Emocions compartides<\/strong><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Una de les caracter\u00edstiques m\u00e9s evidents d'un grup cohesionat \u00e9s una emoci\u00f3 positiva compartida. La cohesi\u00f3 emocional \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s multinivell, ja que les emocions poden ser col\u00b7lectives. Per exemple, un membre del grup pot experimentar emoci\u00f3 quan s'assabenta que l'altre membre del grup ha estat maltractat. Una emoci\u00f3 \u00e9s una emoci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva quan tots els membres d'un grup experimenten la mateixa reacci\u00f3 emocional. Si un membre est\u00e0 en malestar, podem afirmar que el grup no es troba en situaci\u00f3 de benestar. Demaneu una persona volunt\u00e0ria i, si us plau, feu que surti de l\u2019aula abans de l\u2019explicaci\u00f3.<br>2. Situeu les cadires de tothom en forma de rotllana. Si podeu, ajunteu-les tot el possible i sense res en mig.<br>3. Amb tothom assegut teniu una cadira buida, la de la persona que ha sortit de l\u2019aula.<br>4. Fem explicaci\u00f3 al grup abans de fer entrar a la persona volunt\u00e0ria:<br><br>- Expliquem que quan entri qui est\u00e0 fora haur\u00e0 d\u2019intentar ocupar la seva cadira, per\u00f2 no li deixarem fer-ho.<br>- Per impedir que segui, la persona de l'esquerra de la cadira buida l'haur\u00e0 d'ocupar, deixant ara la seva cadira buida. Al seu torn, la seg\u00fcent persona de l'esquerra tamb\u00e9 s'haur\u00e0 de moure ocupant la cadira buida.
