L'adjectiu \"<strong>prosocial<\/strong>\" es va encunyar com a ant\u00f2nim d'antisocial i la idea que ha guiat els psic\u00f2legs a elaborar-lo ha estat la de fomentar, mitjan\u00e7ant l'educaci\u00f3, comportaments de tipus altruista, \u00e9s a dir, accions que beneficien les persones amb qui un entra en relaci\u00f3 sense que aix\u00f2 impliqui necess\u00e0riament un benefici concret per a qui ho executi. -\u2026.- Fins i tot, si adopta una perspectiva estrictament conductista, el comportament prosocial es pot considerar com un factor potent d'extinci\u00f3 de l'agressivitat o viol\u00e8ncia at\u00e8s que n'\u00e9s una alternativa o \u00e9s incompatible amb aquestes. La prosocialitat guarda relaci\u00f3 amb l'actitud de \"<strong>consideraci\u00f3 als altres<\/strong>\". Aix\u00f2 implica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><div class=\"li\">Dissenyar, crear i cuidar els&nbsp;<strong>espais<\/strong>&nbsp;que ocuparan al centre per poder fer aquesta tasca.<\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><div class=\"li\">Dissenyar i implementar les<strong>&nbsp;activitats<\/strong>&nbsp;sensibilitzadores que escullin (campanyes, jocs, debats, etc.) dirigides a altres grups d\u2019alumnes del centre, per a fam\u00edlies, a les xarxes, etc.<\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:20% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"889\" height=\"605\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/Cuidar-se.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12306 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/Cuidar-se.jpg 889w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/Cuidar-se-300x204.jpg 300w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/Cuidar-se-768x523.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 889px) 100vw, 889px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Tasques de provenci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En provenci\u00f3, situem la capacitat i les eines per a la resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes. Per aquest motiu, els infants i joves que formin part dels programes d\u2019Equips per la Conviv\u00e8ncia tindran com a fita col\u00b7laborar en l\u2019acompanyament a la resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes des de les eines pr\u00f2pies de les seves edats i compet\u00e8ncies. Poden donar resposta a&nbsp;<strong>petits conflictes<\/strong>&nbsp;sense viol\u00e8ncia i acompanyar des de la&nbsp;<strong>pres\u00e8ncia protectora<\/strong>. En el moment en qu\u00e8 un conflicte escala a la viol\u00e8ncia, ja no \u00e9s la seva compet\u00e8ncia acompanyar-lo.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:20% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"523\" height=\"477\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/icona-observacio-conscient.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12304 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/icona-observacio-conscient.jpg 523w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/conv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu3025\/2024\/09\/icona-observacio-conscient-300x274.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 523px) 100vw, 523px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Tasques d\u2019observaci\u00f3 conscient:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019alumnat dels Equips per la Conviv\u00e8ncia s\u00f3n <strong>referents de confian\u00e7a<\/strong> entre els iguals, formats per a recollir i comunicar les situacions de malestar que els companys i companyes vulguin compartir amb ells. Tamb\u00e9 tenen pres\u00e8ncia al centre des de l\u2019observaci\u00f3 per a detectar m\u00e9s i millor els possibles conflictes que es derivin de la conviv\u00e8ncia. Busquem&nbsp;<strong>corresponsabilitzar<\/strong>&nbsp;els equips d\u2019alumnes a fi de&nbsp;<strong>comunicar situacions de risc<\/strong>&nbsp;quan aquestes escalin a situacions de viol\u00e8ncia. A m\u00e9s, als Equips per la Conviv\u00e8ncia els podem proposar analitzar aquestes observacions recollides fomentant la seva mirada global a les problem\u00e0tiques.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><strong>Per qu\u00e8 no s\u00f3n un recurs en la fase d\u2019intervenci\u00f3?<\/strong><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Tot i que l\u2019alumnat ha de responsabilitzar-se del seu propi benestar i que nosaltres, en la nostra tasca docent, h\u00e0gim de promoure aquesta responsabilitzaci\u00f3 davant dels conflictes, en realitat, \u00e9s una responsabilitat que recau en el total del grup d\u2019infants o joves pel fet de formar part d\u2019un grup, no \u00fanicament com a membres dels Equips per la Conviv\u00e8ncia.
