Comunicar de manera efectiva, emp\u00e0tica i assertiva.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacitat d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3. Organitzaci\u00f3 i capacitat de sistematitzar el m\u00e8tode de treball.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resoluci\u00f3 de problemes. Capacitat de detecci\u00f3 de necessitats, aportar solucions i fer-les efectives.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motivaci\u00f3 i lideratge. Generar motivaci\u00f3 i inspiraci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 l\u2019equip docent lideri i impulsi canvis atractius, profunds i viables.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treball en equip. Concretar de manera col\u00b7laborativa objectius i accions per implementar, establint una distribuci\u00f3 de tasques entre l\u2019equip.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comprom\u00eds amb el sistema educatiu i amb l\u2019assoliment i fites marcades.
