L\u2019acte forma part del cicle \u201c<strong>Cl\u00e0ssics contemporanis<\/strong>\u201d, que pret\u00e9n aprofundir en el coneixement dels escriptors i escriptores actuals, oferir-ne una lectura cr\u00edtica i proporcionar bibliografia solvent sobre personalitats molt rellevants de la literatura catalana del segle XXI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En aquest cas, per al cinqu\u00e8 simposi s\u2019ha volgut recon\u00e8ixer la v\u00e0lua d\u2019una figura representativa de diferents g\u00e8neres (poesia, novel\u00b7la, teatre, assaig i tamb\u00e9 traducci\u00f3.) \u00a0L\u2019escollit ha estat l\u2019escriptor i traductor Miquel Desclot (Barcelona, 1952). Desclot ha conreat, per un cant\u00f3, el teatre i la poesia, aix\u00ed com la m\u00fasica i la literatura infantil i juvenil. Per un altre, ha tradu\u00eft al catal\u00e0 cl\u00e0ssics centrals del c\u00e0non occidental, com Petrarca, Shakespeare, Moli\u00e8re o Goethe, i ha reflexionat a bastament sobre la traducci\u00f3 com a proc\u00e9s i acte literari.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El simposi tindr\u00e0 lloc a la Sala Carles Pi i Sunyer de l\u2019<strong>Institut d\u2019Estudis Catalans<\/strong>, carrer del Carme, 47, Barcelona el 6 de mar\u00e7 al mat\u00ed.
