Drets d’imatge: <\/a><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

El centre disposa d’espais de comunicaci\u00f3 i difusi\u00f3, inclosos els espais web, on informa i fa la difusi\u00f3 de les activitats escolars lectives, complement\u00e0ries, extraescolars i tamb\u00e9 de les produccions de l’alumnat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En aquest sentit, per poder publicar els v\u00eddeos al vostre nodes i\/o espais de difusi\u00f3, la direcci\u00f3 del centre ha de demanar el consentiment als pares, mares o tutors legals per publicar fotografies i v\u00eddeos on apareguin els seus fills i filles menors de 14 anys i hi siguin clarament identificables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per als majors de 14 anys ho poden signar ells mateixos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Departament d’Educaci\u00f3 ha elaborat uns materials on s’explica totes les accions que fan als centres educatius per\u200b\u00a0protegir l’alumnat i respectar-ne els drets<\/strong>\u00a0en mat\u00e8ria de protecci\u00f3 de dades.<\/a><\/h6>\n\n\n\n
