Els equips directius, al seu torn, reben orientacions per a la implementaci\u00f3 del programa en el centre, el disseny d\u2019un pla d&#8217;acci\u00f3 i l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019una mem\u00f2ria final.
