capacitat del docent per <strong>entendre com la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial pot contribuir a la personalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com per <strong>recon\u00e8ixer les seves limitacions pedag\u00f2giques, t\u00e8cniques i \u00e8tiques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assolir aquest indicador implica que el docent \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entendre com les eines d\u2019IA poden <strong>adaptar continguts, activitats i feedback<\/strong> segons necessitats diverses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analitzar de manera cr\u00edtica <strong>fins a quin punt la personalitzaci\u00f3 que ofereix la IA \u00e9s real o limitada<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identificar <strong>riscos potencials<\/strong>, com ara biaixos, depend\u00e8ncia tecnol\u00f2gica o problemes de privacitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilitzar la IA <strong>com a suport pedag\u00f2gic<\/strong>, sense substituir el criteri professional docent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La personalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge amb IA no consisteix simplement a generar materials diferents, sin\u00f3 a <strong>ajustar el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge a les necessitats, ritmes i contextos dels docents<\/strong>, mantenint sempre la supervisi\u00f3 i la mediaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica del docent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com pot ajudar la IA a personalitzar l\u2019aprenentatge?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les eines d\u2019intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial poden facilitar diferents formes d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 educativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
