{"id":10138,"date":"2020-11-05T11:14:40","date_gmt":"2020-11-05T10:14:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/?page_id=10138"},"modified":"2024-10-09T12:44:35","modified_gmt":"2024-10-09T10:44:35","slug":"objectius","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/futurafp\/objectius\/","title":{"rendered":"Objectius"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2022\/10\/objective.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11161\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2022\/10\/objective.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"25\" height=\"30\" \/><\/a><strong>Qu\u00e8 volem?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Els objectius generals del programa FuturaFP es centren en la modernitzaci\u00f3 i innovaci\u00f3 per a l&#8217;excel\u00b7lencia professionals dels ensenyaments de Formaci\u00f3 Professional.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear <strong>contextos de reflexi\u00f3<\/strong>, debat i concreci\u00f3 de l\u00ednies de treball per construir una FP moderna en xarxa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Detectar i definir els <strong>nous escenaris de futur<\/strong> en cada \u00e0mbit professional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Definir i encetar els <strong>\u00e0mbits de recerca i innovaci\u00f3<\/strong> en les dimensions organitzaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3, aula i context de la fam\u00edlia professional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fer diagn\u00f2stic i propostes de <strong>formaci\u00f3 avan\u00e7ada<\/strong> del professorat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identificar <strong>equipaments idonis<\/strong>: reals i simulats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elaborar i difondre <strong>propostes did\u00e0ctiques<\/strong> intra i intercentres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear, gestionar i disseminar el <strong>coneixement educatiu<\/strong> professional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establir <strong>sistemes de cooperaci\u00f3<\/strong> per fer \u00fas del coneixement, maquinari i equipament did\u00e0ctic dels centres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Determinar i proposar accions per impulsar en els centres <strong>metodologies educatives actives i innovadores<\/strong>, de qualitat, que la trav\u00e9s del enfortiment de les capacitats claus de l&#8217;alumnat cerquin l\u2019assoliment dels RA professionals;
