En aquesta part del curs, l\u2019objectiu \u00e9s descobrir com posar en marxa els projectes a l\u2019aula. Veurem, des dels criteris a tenir presents quan redactem un projecte fins a com establir els equips de treball, sense oblidar, per suposat, l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abans de posar-nos a definir un projecte, hem de tenir molt clar qu\u00e8 ens demana el curr\u00edculum i qu\u00e8 espera el m\u00f3n professional del nostre alumnat. Com a docents, coneixem i tenim molt clares les compet\u00e8ncies que la definici\u00f3 del nostre m\u00f2dul ens demana, per\u00f2\u2026 sabem quines altres compet\u00e8ncies es demanen a la resta del cicle? Som conscients de quins aprenentatges espera el sector professional relacionat amb els estudis? Potser tenim el (mal) costum de no con\u00e8ixer prou b\u00e9 tot all\u00f2 que passa fora del nostre m\u00f2dul? Si \u00e9s aix\u00ed, abans de definir cap projecte, <\/span><b>com a equip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hem de tenir molt clar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu\u00e8 diu el curr\u00edculum que ha de saber fer l\u2019alumnat del cicle?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu\u00e8 espera del nostre alumnat el sector professional pel qual l\u2019estem preparant?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quines altres compet\u00e8ncies o capacitats volem desenvolupar des del nostre centre?\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir d\u2019aqu\u00ed, caldr\u00e0 establir els criteris que voleu que compleixin els vostres projectes. Podeu fer servir els que compartim al curs o buscar de propis. Per\u00f2 \u00e9s important establir aquests criteris.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2022\/03\/Criteris-enunciats.png\" alt=\"criteris\" width=\"706\" height=\"296\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot seguit, ja estarem en disposici\u00f3 de redactar el nostre enunciat, sense oblidar en cap moment la planificaci\u00f3 de tot el proc\u00e9s d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3. \u00c9s molt important tenir en compte que l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 dels projectes no poden basar-se exclusivament en el producte final i no caure en un problema habitual d\u2019alguns equips docents: oblidar-se de l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 formativa i de la formadora, ajudar a l\u2019alumnat a aprendre a prendre decisions, a planificar-se, a organitzar-se, \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moltes vegades pensem que estem treballant aprenentatge basat en projectes quan en realitat simplement estem fent projectes. Sembla que no hi ha difer\u00e8ncia, per\u00f2 no \u00e9s el mateix.
