{"id":11137,"date":"2022-10-06T12:07:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-06T10:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/?p=11137"},"modified":"2022-10-11T12:27:05","modified_gmt":"2022-10-11T10:27:05","slug":"comencen-les-xarxes-dorientafp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/general\/comencen-les-xarxes-dorientafp\/","title":{"rendered":"Comencen les XARXES d&#8217;ORIENTAFP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<strong> LES NESE, PENSAME<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2022\/10\/image-pdf-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11197 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2022\/10\/image-pdf-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"302\" height=\"84\" \/><\/a>NT CR\u00cdTIC, MENTORIA I G\u00c8NERE, TEMES PROTAGONISTES DE LES XARXES TEM\u00c0TIQUES D\u2019ORIENTAFP<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El programa d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3 ORIENTAFP inclou 4 xarxes tem\u00e0tiques que se sumen a les 4 de seguiment i a una d\u2019iniciaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En aquestes xarxes participen m\u00e9s de 130 centres d\u2019FP de tota Catalunya.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els alumnes amb NESE (necessitats espec\u00edfiques de suport educatiu), la necessitat de desenvolupar el pensament cr\u00edtic dins de l\u2019univers digital, la mentoria com una estrat\u00e8gia d\u2019acompanyament i treballar la FP des d\u2019una perspectiva de g\u00e8nere han estat els 4 temes escollits per crear xarxes tem\u00e0tiques dins del programa d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 OrientaFP de la unitat ImpulsFP de la Subdirecci\u00f3 General de Programes i Projectes de Foment dels Ensenyaments Professionals, en la Direcci\u00f3 General de Formaci\u00f3 Professional Inicial i Ensenyaments de R\u00e8gim Especial, del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de Catalunya.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9s de 130 centres de FP de tota Catalunya participen en aquest programa que consisteix en la creaci\u00f3 i implementaci\u00f3 d\u2019un Pla de treball d\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial, seguint amb la filosofia de xarxa i que es basa en l&#8217;intercanvi d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncies i coneixements entre centres. A m\u00e9s de les xarxes tem\u00e0tiques, ORIENTAFP contempla 4 xarxes de seguiment que acompanyen els centres en aquesta implementaci\u00f3 del pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial. I per \u00faltim, el programa tamb\u00e9 compta amb una xarxa inicial que acompanya l\u2019equip impulsor del centre educatiu per comen\u00e7ar a introduir l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 professional als centres que hi participen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La xarxa de <\/span><b>Pensament Cr\u00edtic i cultura digital <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0s&#8217;enfoca sobre eines per treballar de forma anal\u00edtica les situacions de la vida quotidiana, la resoluci\u00f3 dels problemes professionals i els inputs rebuts des de l&#8217;univers digital. Dintre de la xarxa <\/span><b>NESE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es treballaran recursos i estrat\u00e8gies per tal d&#8217;afrontar el treball amb alumnat NESE dins del grup. D\u2019altra banda, la xarxa de <\/span><b>perspectiva de g\u00e8nere <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">explora les possibilitats i els principals focus des d&#8217;on treballar en FP amb perspectiva de g\u00e8nere.
