Diet\u00e8tica de l&#8217;Institut dels Aliments, conjuntament amb l&#8217;OCAS (Oficina Conjunta de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 Sostenible) han realitzat durant 3 setmanes el projecte d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 Sostenible englobada dintre del cr\u00e8dit 2 d&#8217;Alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada.<\/p>\n<p>Va ser una gran experi\u00e8ncia que aquesta oficina d&#8217;acci\u00f3 conjunta amb la Generalitat ens proposesin 7 reptes i que el nostre alumnat pogu\u00e9s triar un d&#8217;aquells reptes per treballar-los,\u00a0 aportant aix\u00ed iniciatives i solucions creatives als problemes actuals que estem vivint a Catalunya\u00a0 com la lluita contra el malbaratament alimentari, el relleu de la pagesia, la creaci\u00f3 de men\u00fas sostenibles i de Km0, i la creaci\u00f3 de consumidors cr\u00edtics davant el bombardeig en l&#8217;etiquetatge i la publicitat que rep el consumidor.<\/p>\n<p>Van ser 3 setmanes molt interessants en les quals\u00a0 vam con\u00e8ixer, treballar i aprofundir sobre la Estrat\u00e8gia d&#8217;Alimentaci\u00f3 saludable i Sostenible Barcelona 2030, els ODS relacionats i vam con\u00e8ixer de primera m\u00e0 moltes iniciatives locals de sobirania local aliment\u00e0ria i la gran aportaci\u00f3 que fa per la lluita en el calentament global.<\/p>\n<p>Esperem seguir
