La resta, <strong>us ajudarem <\/strong><b>a millorar-les<\/b>\u00a0i passaran a un repositori digital accessible per totes les persones que participeu <strong>d&#8217;<\/strong><b>ImpulsFP.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<h5><b>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 h\u00edbrida inclusiva?<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s un enfocament pedag\u00f2gic que <\/span><b>combina elements de l&#8217;aprenentatge en persona amb l&#8217;aprenentatge en l\u00ednia, sempre garantint <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que tot l\u2019alumnat tingui igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats d&#8217;aprenentatge. Busca crear un <strong>entorn d&#8217;aprenentatge flexible i accessible<\/strong> que s&#8217;adapti a les circumst\u00e0ncies individuals de l\u2019alumnat, incloent-hi la flexibilitat entre les hores en l\u00ednia i les presencials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Els reptes de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 h\u00edbrida inclusiva s\u00f3n complexos.<\/strong> Un dels principals desafiaments \u00e9s <\/span><b>garantir l&#8217;equitat d&#8217;acc\u00e9s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Hi ha alumnat que pot no tenir acc\u00e9s a la tecnologia o a una connexi\u00f3 a Internet fiable. A banda, hem de garantir que <strong>no exposem a l&#8217;alumnat a situacions que els puguin perjudicar.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>L&#8217;atenci\u00f3<\/strong> a les necessitats especials i el<strong> treball de diferents capacitats<\/strong> \u00e9s un altre gran repte: poder disposar de suport addicional i adaptacions espec\u00edfiques.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>La participaci\u00f3 activa de tot l&#8217;alumnat<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s essencial. En un entorn h\u00edbrid, <strong>la motivaci\u00f3,<\/strong> els <strong>h\u00e0bits de treball<\/strong> i <strong>la capacitat per demanar suport<\/strong> s&#8217;han de planificar b\u00e9. Cal dissenyar materials que acompanyin en la <strong>seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia aprenentatge<\/strong>, proporcionin <strong>comentaris de millora espec\u00edfics i entenedors<\/strong> alhora que encoratgen l\u2019alumnat a participar activament en el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formaci\u00f3 dels i les docents \u00e9s un altre gran repte. Molts hem hagut de fer una r\u00e0pida adaptaci\u00f3 a la doc\u00e8ncia en l\u00ednia i necessitem desenvolupar noves compet\u00e8ncies per tenir \u00e8xit en aquest entorn.
