La sessi\u00f3 del passat dilluns es va centrar en la <\/span><b>formaci\u00f3 professional,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> destacant l&#8217;inter\u00e8s creixent en aquesta via educativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;esdeveniment va atraure m\u00e9s de 600 oients, molts dels quals s\u00f3n docents implicats en el programa <strong>ImpulsFP<\/strong>. El <strong>perfil de l\u2019alumnat \u00e9s cada vegada m\u00e9s divers<\/strong> i l<strong>&#8216;orientaci\u00f3 una pe\u00e7a clau.<\/strong> Les participats van assenyalar el complex encaix entre <strong>l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3<\/strong>, l<strong>&#8216;oferta de places<\/strong> i les <strong>demandes del mercat laboral.<\/strong> A m\u00e9s, es va debatre sobre els <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/diarifp.cat\/2024\/01\/29\/els-certificats-de-professionalitat-la-joia-amagada-del-sistema\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">certificats de professionalitat <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i les noves oportunitats que aix\u00f2 comporta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2024\/01\/dcoents-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13314 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2024\/01\/dcoents-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"619\" height=\"389\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2024\/01\/dcoents-1.png 619w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2024\/01\/dcoents-1-300x189.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 619px) 100vw, 619px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es parlar tamb\u00e9 de la <strong>formaci\u00f3 dual<\/strong>, de la contribuci\u00f3 a la seguretat social durant per\u00edodes formatius en empreses i la<strong> percepci\u00f3 social del perfil\u00a0 d&#8217;estudiants de formaci\u00f3 professional.<\/strong> Aquests temes s\u00f3n ben coneguts pel cos docent d\u2019FP, per\u00f2 potser no tant en altres nivells educatius.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La imatge que t\u00e9 la societat de l\u2019alumnat de formaci\u00f3 professional i el <strong>desequilibri de g\u00e8nere en l&#8217;inter\u00e8s que desperten les diferents fam\u00edlies professionals<\/strong> s\u00f3n dos dels grans reptes, junt amb el <strong>canvi en la cultura formativa que les institucions educatives ha de rec\u00f3rrer amb les empreses<\/strong>, agents amb cada vegada m\u00e9s responsabilitat formativa de l&#8217;alumnat en els per\u00edodes formatius.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>#Entredocencets<\/strong> \u00e9s un projecte <strong>organitzat de manera altruista per un grup de docents<\/strong> sense vincles amb el departament d&#8217;educaci\u00f3. Esperem que segueixin debatent sobre la formaci\u00f3 professional perqu\u00e8 aquestes pinzellades, des de m\u00faltiples perspectives, donaren lloc a un debat enriquidor per <strong>visibilitzar la import\u00e0ncia i complexitat de la formaci\u00f3 professional <\/strong>on vivim u<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">na realitat que des de fora pot semblar contradict\u00f2ria. <strong>La formaci\u00f3 professional<\/strong> no sempre \u00e9s la primera opci\u00f3 per a moltes persones, per\u00f2 <strong>t\u00e9 altes taxes d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3<\/strong>.
