El programa OrientaFP fa cinc anys."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Enguany ha fet cinc anys des que iniciarem el projecte\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">OrientaFP<\/span>, a partir de les Xarxes d&#8217;Assessorament a Persones, en les quals molts i moltes de nosaltres v\u00e0rem aprendre a donar forma i significat\u00a0a qu\u00e8\u00a0f\u00e8iem en la nostra tasca orientadora com a professorat d&#8217;FP i com a tutors i tutores.<br \/>\nV\u00e0rem n\u00e9ixer com a programa, pr\u00e0cticament amb la pand\u00e8mia i des d&#8217;aleshores hem crescut cada curs, transformant-nos com a programa, ampliant els nostres \u00e0mbits d&#8217;acci\u00f3 i realimentant-nos dels vostres suggeriments, la vostra expertesa docent i les necessitats detectades.<br \/>\nEl programa\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">OrientaFP<\/span>\u00a0sou els professors i professores que hi formeu part i que hi formareu i els vostres centres. Entre tots i totes, com el petit far que ens representa, hem anat posant llum al cam\u00ed seguit per millorar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 tutorial al nostre alumnat d&#8217;FP, i tamb\u00e9 hem servit d&#8217;inspiraci\u00f3 i font de recursos a altres inst\u00e0ncies del Departament amb el mateix objectiu, o incl\u00fas d&#8217;altres territoris.<br \/>\nEns hem de donar les gr\u00e0cies entre tots i totes i celebrar que ja tenim 5 cursos de recorregut.
