A tal efecte, l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 tradicional per m\u00f2duls professionals desapareix i els continguts i activitats es dissenyen per part de l\u2019equip docent en la seva totalitat en diferents projectes al llarg del curs. L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de cada projecte inclou una mem\u00f2ria t\u00e8cnica i una defensa oral davant un grup d\u2019experts format per l\u2019equip docent i avaluadors externs al centre (empreses i\/o institucions) del sector professional relacionat amb el cicle formatiu. L\u2019aprenentatge col3laboratiu, el treball en equip, s\u00f3n imprescindibles per a dur a terme els projectes.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 FEM?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Aprendre FENT!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Apostem per un <strong>aprenentatge ACTIU<\/strong>, on l\u2019alumnat passa a ser protagonista del seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge, per tal de que prengui consci\u00e8ncia de la seva evoluci\u00f3. Tal i com va assenyalar Roger Schank, l\u2019aprenentatge passa quan alg\u00fa vol aprendre , no quan alg\u00fa vol ensenyar. Despertar la motivaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat per considerar que el seu aprenentatge respon a una necessitat real \u00e9s la clau de l\u2019\u00e8xit en un sistema educatiu.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Com ho FEM?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Significatiu i rellevant!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alumnat ha d\u2019entendre que \u201cno necessita saber-ho tot, nom\u00e9s necessita saber on trobar el que cal quan ho necessiti\u201d. Davant aquest paradigma de canvi en la funci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumne\/a, cal introduir un canvi en el rol que desenvolupa el professor\/a , passant a ser guia, conductor d\u2019un grup- classe. \u201cEls homes aprenen mentre ensenyen\u201d, per tan, la \u201cresponsabilitat\u201d en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge es compartida entre el professor\/a i l\u2019alumne\/a. La funci\u00f3 del professor\/a no \u00e9s ensenyar sin\u00f3 que l\u2019alumne\/a aprengui.\u00a0 D\u2019aquesta manera, un aprenentatge \u00e9s \u201c<strong>significatiu\u201d<\/strong> quan prov\u00e9 de la necessitat pr\u00e0ctica i es <strong>\u201crellevant\u201d<\/strong> quan es pot implementar a l\u2019entorn.
