Em sembla summament interessant saber com \u00e9s, i com desenvolupa la seva labor docent, perqu\u00e8 ens marca el cam\u00ed a seguir, almenys en els trets o qualitats fonamentals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En aquest sentit, <strong>el docent tipus emprenedor<\/strong> \u00e9s una <strong>dona,<\/strong> entorn dels <strong>35-40 anys<\/strong>, del cos de Professors d&#8217;Ensenyament Secundari, <strong>de l&#8217;Especialitat de Formaci\u00f3 i Orientaci\u00f3 Laboral<\/strong>. Parlem d&#8217;una docent <strong>compromesa<\/strong> amb la seva professi\u00f3, lliurada a la millora de la qualitat educativa, per\u00f2 que <strong>observa i viu<\/strong> com tant l&#8217;alumnat que arriba cada curs a l&#8217;aula, <strong>com l&#8217;entorn, canvia<\/strong> tan r\u00e0pidament que \u00e9s dif\u00edcil seguir el deixant. Per\u00f2 la realitat s&#8217;imposa, i la<strong> solucions<\/strong> m\u00e9s visibles s\u00f3n la <strong>formaci\u00f3,<\/strong> d&#8217;una banda, i la <strong>innovaci\u00f3,<\/strong> per una altra, com a armes per a combatre al canvi a respondre a l&#8217;exigent moment que ens ha tocat viure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El docent emprenedor aix\u00ed definit va davant de la normativa; <strong>assumeix riscos<\/strong><br \/>\nderivats de la<strong> implantaci\u00f3 de noves metodologies<\/strong>, l&#8217;\u00fas de <strong>nous recursos<\/strong>, i la<br \/>\ntransformaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;espai, en llaures a oferir la millor resposta educativa al seu<br \/>\nalumnat. I en aquest cam\u00ed, no exempt de dificultats, surt air\u00f3s, simplement perqu\u00e8<br \/>\nha <strong>desenvolupat els recursos necessaris o disposa de les eines suficients<\/strong> per a enfrontar-se<br \/>\na tal empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s tan important con\u00e8ixer aquest perfil. Perqu\u00e8 <strong>ens serveix de refer\u00e8ncia.<\/strong> Perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s un mirall en el qual mirar-se.
