A l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia participaren 4 grups de Batxillerat, 8 grups de CFGM i 12 grups de CFGS, tots de les fam\u00edlies de Sanitat, Adm<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/Sin-ti\u0301tulo.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9958 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/Sin-ti\u0301tulo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"127\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/Sin-ti\u0301tulo.png 435w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/Sin-ti\u0301tulo-300x152.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a>inistraci\u00f3 i Serveis a la Comunitat. Les din\u00e0miques pr\u00f2pies dels entrenaments dels esports d\u2019equip proporcionen eines per a que l\u2019alumnat, en un ambient completament diferent, treballi valors que despr\u00e9s\u00a0 tindran una traducci\u00f3 a l\u2019aula.<\/p>\n<p>Es tractava que cada delegat observes quin valor li faltava en el seu grup i busques maneres d&#8217;aplicar-ho fins a final de curs. Els resultats segons els organitzadors van ser excel\u00b7lents. Es van fer diferents tallers on van treballar les seg\u00fcents capacitats: empatia, motivaci\u00f3, lideratge i treball en equip.<\/p>\n<p>La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb les entitats esportives del nostre entorn i la nostra acci\u00f3 tutorial a l&#8217;FP pot aportar no sols activitats l\u00fadiques sin\u00f3 aprenentatges valuosos i eines for\u00e7a interessants. Esperem que l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;ETP Xavier de Barcelona us hagi servit d&#8217;inspiraci\u00f3.
