De tant fer-la servir, despullem de significat conceptes tan importants com respecte per la diversitat cultural. Celebrem setmanes culturals, perqu\u00e8 la resta del curs transitem per setmanes no culturals. Fem atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat, perqu\u00e8 \u2018la normalitat\u2019 ja se les apanya soleta. Treballem per projectes, marquem reptes, contextualitzem <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/pez4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-9973 \" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/pez4-e1592563666750.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"353\" height=\"186\" \/><\/a>aprenentatges, definim i avaluem compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques, i tot ho treballem des de les TIC. A la vegada, apugen r\u00e0tios, minven pressupostos, i la professi\u00f3 de les persones docents i educadores es veu cada vegada m\u00e9s desprestigiada, les seves fites menys reconegudes. Per qu\u00e8, ara, ens hem de preocupar tamb\u00e9 per educar i formar amb mirada intercultural i fer-ho de forma transversal? I, fins a quin punt \u00e9s la nostra responsabilitat.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019educaci\u00f3 de qualitat ha de garantir el desenvolupament de persones en totes les seves dimensions, i aix\u00f2 exigeix recon\u00e8ixer la riquesa cultural que les envolta. La diversitat entre la poblaci\u00f3, a m\u00e9s d\u2019enriquir-nos a tots els nivells, \u00e9s inevitable. \u00c9s una realitat i l\u2019experimentem di\u00e0riament als centres. Si no ho tenim en compte les persones que estem amb canalla i adolescents, qui ho far\u00e0? \u00c9s als centres educatius, tant a la formaci\u00f3 reglada com a la no reglada, a les activitats extraescolars, a les sales de refor\u00e7 i a tots aquells espais i activitats on els menors i les menors interrelacionen, on s&#8217;ha de tenir m\u00e9s cura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com ho podem fer? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Podem comen\u00e7ar per treballar els estereotips, sense caure a menystenir les difer\u00e8ncies entre cultures. No calen ni grans projectes ni grans infraestructures per treballar el respecte i el reconeixement. T\u00e9 m\u00e9s a veure amb alliberar de prejudicis les generacions que estan creixent. Elles crearan noves formes de relacionar-se i de respectar-se. Desenvoluparan eines i recursos tecnol\u00f2gics, emocionals i materials, per tirar endavant les nostres societats.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/pez5.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9974 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/pez5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"336\" height=\"268\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/pez5.png 415w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/pez5-300x239.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 336px) 100vw, 336px\" \/><\/a>Fer de les escoles espais m\u00e9s lliures de prejudicis vol dir que tot l&#8217;alumnat podr\u00e0 cr\u00e9ixer i desenvolupar-se des del seu grup social, econ\u00f2mic, cultural, religi\u00f3s, \u00e8tic, etc., sense que aix\u00f2 suposi una limitaci\u00f3. No fer-ho implicaria perpetuar desigualtats, hist\u00f2ries de vida, d\u2019\u00e8xits i de fracassos.<\/p>\n<p>Evitem confondre nacionalitat amb cultura, les persones no s\u00f3n t\u00f2tems culturals inabolibles definits pel lloc de naixement. Sovint no ho sembla, per\u00f2 l&#8217;alumnat ens t\u00e9 de referents, hem de treballar per saber recon\u00e8ixer les aportacions culturals, tecnol\u00f2giques, socials i de valors de les diferents cultures. Cada moment compta, cada prejudici, cada comentari basat en estereotips.<\/p>\n<p>Cada vegada que un\/a alumne\/a \u00e9s jutjat\/da i mesurat\/da no pel que pot arribar a ser sin\u00f3 pel que projectem sobre ell o ella les persones adultes, no estem construint un projecte educatiu que reconegui la diversitat.<\/p>\n<p>Un espai educatiu intercultural tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s aquell que valora tant la cultura pr\u00f2pia com sap recon\u00e8ixer la import\u00e0ncia que t\u00e9 que cada alumne\/a mantingui un lligam fort amb les cultures heretades. \u00c9s aquell que es vincula a unes formes de fer i a una traject\u00f2ria hist\u00f2rica per\u00f2 apr\u00e8n en els valors de les altres. Aquell que enfront del prejudici s\u02bcinforma i investiga altres formes de fer sense prepot\u00e8ncia, que quan no sap, pregunta i sap valorar que el coneixement no sempre prov\u00e9 dels professionals de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 i la formaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/pez6-e1592563717337.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-9968 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/pez6-e1592563717337.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"161\" height=\"231\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/pez6-e1592563717337.png 322w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/pez6-e1592563717337-209x300.png 209w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 161px) 100vw, 161px\" \/><\/a>Recordem sempre que el nostre alumnat, m\u00e9s que ning\u00fa, est\u00e0 en construcci\u00f3. No siguem nosaltres qui els limitem, qui imposem expectatives o dinamitem les seves projeccions. Creure en un model laic d&#8217;educaci\u00f3, tan propi de les avantguardes pedag\u00f2giques, i alhora respectar les creences de la persona \u00e9simprescindible. Les religions avui en dia s\u00f3n motiu o excusa per a moltes disputes entre fam\u00edlies, pobles i pa\u00efsos. Donem espai a la canalla perqu\u00e8 es coneguin i respectin, perqu\u00e8 intercanvi\u00efn valors.<\/p>\n<p>Com puc assolir aquesta tasca si jo mateixa, com tothom, tinc els meus propis prejudicis? Aprendre a treballar amb perspectiva intercultural \u00e9s una tasca que no es pot fer sola. Cal comptar amb companys i companyes, amb les fam\u00edlies i els diferents agents culturals i socials dels barris.
