Trets positius i negatius de la etapa en la que est\u00e0vem a l\u2019altre costat: metodologies, car\u00e0cters personals, estrat\u00e8gies de gesti\u00f3 de l\u2019aula, activitats, m\u00e8todes d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3, etc.<\/p>\n<p>En ocasions ens plantegem la creaci\u00f3 de contextos d\u2019aprenentatge en base al que a nosaltres ens anava b\u00e9 com a estudiants, cosa que ens alguns casos pot crear metodologies amb car\u00e8ncies, ja que no a tots els alumnes els hi funciona el mateix, d\u2019aqu\u00ed la import\u00e0ncia de que la nostre tasca sigui inclusiva i doni resposta a totes les necessitats d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>En el meu c<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/Captura.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9991 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/Captura.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"359\" height=\"377\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/Captura.jpg 359w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/Captura-286x300.jpg 286w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 359px) 100vw, 359px\" \/><\/a>as personal, tenia molt clar que el cam\u00ed per arribar a aquesta gesti\u00f3 de l\u2019aula productiva, eficient i \u00fatil passava per crear un bon ambient a l\u2019aula i generar repte. Trencar amb l\u2019expectativa de que l\u2019alumne arriba a la classe amb l\u2019actitud de que el professor treballi per fer que les compet\u00e8ncies siguin adquirides, i crear un nou paradigma en el que sigui l\u2019alumne qui treballi per un correcte autoaprenentatge i conseq\u00fcentment adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019un nivell alt d\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 i de capacitat resolutiva, l\u00f2gicament acompanyat, guiat i estimulat per el docent.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, incl\u00fas abans de con\u00e8ixer l\u2019ABP i posar nom a la metodologia de basar l\u2019aprenentatge en un projecte, ja tenia clar que la classe magistral i el posterior examen per avaluar el que han memoritzat els alumnes nom\u00e9s donava resposta a un nivell cognitiu molt b\u00e0sic i poc \u00fatil per el futur i la realitat social i professional actual.<\/p>\n<p>Es per aix\u00f2 que des del principi de la meva tasca com a docent, he basat la meva metodologia en el plantejament de projectes, creant objectius clars i ben definits, buscant que els alumnes treballin i es motivin per aconseguir adquirir les compet\u00e8ncies i assolir els resultats d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/j5t52Ix_6Fs\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9990 size-medium alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/screen01-300x124.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"124\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/screen01-300x124.jpg 300w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/screen01-768x317.jpg 768w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2078\/2020\/06\/screen01.jpg 828w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>ABP doncs, es clarament la resposta per a la programaci\u00f3 dels continguts i no nom\u00e9s d\u2019un m\u00f2dul, sin\u00f3 de tants m\u00f2duls com sigui possible, de cara a donar transversalitat, cohesi\u00f3 i sentit a l\u2019estudi.<\/p>\n<p>Al Palau Ausit, durant aquest curs 2019-2020, gr\u00e0cies a un equip docent implicat i altament competent, ha sigut possible fer-ho i <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/j5t52Ix_6Fs\">hem creat un v\u00eddeo per explicar-ho<\/a>, tot ajudant-nos del testimoni de dos alumnes del cicle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Victor Zaragoza &lt;<a href=\"mailto:vzarago1@xtec.cat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vzarago1@xtec.cat<\/a>&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Es indubtable que els que ens dediquem a la doc\u00e8ncia, tenim present i considerem la nostre experi\u00e8ncia com a estudiants.
