L’Institut de Mollerussa i l’Institut Centre d’Esports de Muntanya del Pallars han anunciat una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 innovadora per promoure h\u00e0bits saludables entre les persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda. El resultat d’aquest ha estat la creaci\u00f3 d’una taula d’exercicis espec\u00edfics i senzills, dissenyats per respondre a les necessitats d’aquest col\u00b7lectiu. Els exercicis estan pensats per millorar la qualitat de vida i fomentar l’autonomia dels participants. Aquesta iniciativa conjunta busca sensibilitzar la comunitat sobre la import\u00e0ncia de l’activitat f\u00edsica adaptada i oferir eines pr\u00e0ctiques per a la inclusi\u00f3 social.<\/p>\n
