{"id":9247,"date":"2020-12-04T10:22:45","date_gmt":"2020-12-04T09:22:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/intercomprensio\/?p=9247"},"modified":"2021-04-08T11:06:18","modified_gmt":"2021-04-08T09:06:18","slug":"marc-educatius-europeus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/intercomprensio\/general\/marc-educatius-europeus\/","title":{"rendered":"Marcs educatius europeus pluriling\u00fces i interculturals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir de la concepci\u00f3 multiling\u00fce de la pol\u00edtica ling\u00fc\u00edstica europea, en el terreny educatiu s&#8217;estableix un vincle amb la compet\u00e8ncia pluriling\u00fce i intercultural necess\u00e0ria per al desenvolupament de la ciutadania europea.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El marc europeu com\u00fa de refer\u00e8ncia per a les lleng\u00fces <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(MECRL)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marc europeu com\u00fa de refer\u00e8ncia<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> aprovat pel Consell d&#8217;Europa l&#8217;any 2001, es concep com un est\u00e0ndard europeu per a l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 i certificaci\u00f3 de compet\u00e8ncies ling\u00fc\u00edstiques en nivells de progressi\u00f3. Les funcions s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proporcionar <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">unes bases comunes per a l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de programes de llengua, orientacions curriculars, ex\u00e0mens, llibres de text, etc. a tot Europa<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Descriure el que han d\u2019aprendre a fer els aprenents de llengua per utilitzar una llengua per a la comunicaci\u00f3, i els coneixements i habilitats que han de desenvolupar per ser capa\u00e7os d\u2019actuar de manera efectiva on tamb\u00e9 s\u2019inclou el context cultural en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;utilitza la llengua.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Definir els nivells de domini de la llengua que permeten mesurar el progr\u00e9s dels aprenents en cada estadi de l\u2019aprenentatge i durant tota la vida.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Marc de Refer\u00e8ncia per als Enfocaments Plurals de les Lleng\u00fces i de les Cultures (MAREP)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aprovat pel Consell d&#8217;Europa l&#8217;any 2013, es concep com un est\u00e0ndard europeu per a l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de compet\u00e8ncies i destreses ling\u00fc\u00edstiques en enfocaments plurals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existeixen quatre enfocaments plurals:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019<\/span><b>enfocament intercultural<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que es basa en fen\u00f2mens propis d\u2019una determinada \u00e0rea cultural diferent amb l\u2019objectiu de comprendre\u2019ls.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>did\u00e0ctica integrada de les lleng\u00fces <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que t\u00e9 com a finalitat que l\u2019alumne estableixi relacions entre diverses lleng\u00fces.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>intercomprensi\u00f3 entre les lleng\u00fces de la mateixa fam\u00edlia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on l\u2019alumne treballa sobre dues o m\u00e9s lleng\u00fces de la mateixa fam\u00edlia de lleng\u00fces.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El<\/span><b> despertar de les lleng\u00fces<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on es treballen activitats a l\u2019aula en lleng\u00fces que l\u2019escola no t\u00e9 la intenci\u00f3 d&#8217;ensenyar.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els enfocaments plurals tenen un paper fonamental en la construcci\u00f3 de la compet\u00e8ncia pluriling\u00fce i pluricultural de cada alumne. \u00c9s recomanable que per ajudar-los a construir i enriquir la pr\u00f2pia compet\u00e8ncia pluriling\u00fce a partir de <\/span><b>sabers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>sabers-ser<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i <\/span><b>sabers-fer.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A partir de la concepci\u00f3 multiling\u00fce de la pol\u00edtica ling\u00fc\u00edstica europea, en el terreny educatiu s&#8217;estableix un vincle amb la compet\u00e8ncia pluriling\u00fce i intercultural necess\u00e0ria per al desenvolupament de la ciutadania europea.\u00a0<br \/>\nEl marc europeu com\u00fa de refer\u00e8ncia per a les lleng\u00fces (MECRL)<br \/>\nEl Marc europeu com\u00fa&hellip;
