Es reconeixen projectes excel\u00b7lents que han assolit cert nivell de qualitat en el seu pa\u00eds. Els SQN es poden demanar, des de l\u2019eTwinning Live, des de comen\u00e7ament fins a finals d\u2019any. En l\u2019<strong>edici\u00f3 del 2025 <\/strong>s&#8217;han obtingut<strong> 163 Segells de Qualitat Nacional a Catalunya.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els SQN s\u2019atorguen a aquells projectes que acompleixen els <strong>5 criteris<\/strong> <strong>de qualitat<\/strong> que s\u2019han de tenir en compte\u00a0 per a la planificaci\u00f3, el desenvolupament i l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 d\u2019un projecte col\u00b7laboratiu eTwinning:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica i creativitat.<\/li>\n<li>Integraci\u00f3 al curr\u00edculum.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre centres escolars associats.<\/li>\n<li>\u00das de la tecnologia.<\/li>\n<li>Resultat, impacte i documentaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/school-education.ec.europa.eu\/system\/files\/2022-11\/QL_infosheet%20%281%29.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fitxa informativa<\/a> del SQN i la <a href=\"https:\/\/school-education.ec.europa.eu\/system\/files\/2022-11\/QL_checklist%20%281%29.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">llista de control<\/a> per poder planificar i executar el projecte est\u00e0 disponible en 29 idiomes.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, per a poder optar a un segell de qualitat (nacional i\/o europeu), \u00e9s necessari aconseguir, com a m\u00ednim, la <strong>puntuaci\u00f3 m\u00ednima exigida<\/strong> en els seg\u00fcents sub-criteris:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>estrat\u00e8gies de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia entre alumnes dels centres associats,<\/li>\n<li>\u00fas de les TIC (totes les eines tecnol\u00f2giques digitals),<\/li>\n<li>q\u00fcestions relacionades amb el RGPD, els drets d&#8217;autor i la seguretat en Interne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Darrerament, el procediment de la gesti\u00f3 de les sol\u00b7licituds de Segell de Qualitat Nacional ha canviat. Aquests s\u00f3n els aspectes que heu de tenir en compte a l\u2019hora de fer la sol\u00b7licitud:<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0<strong>Nom\u00e9s s\u2019avaluaran quatre projectes per docent<\/strong>. D\u2019aquesta manera, encara que un docent pugui participar en m\u00e9s de 4 projectes i sol\u00b7liciti el segell per a tots, nom\u00e9s es tindran en compte les quatre primeres sol\u00b7licituds.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0La sol\u00b7licitud de Segell de Qualitat Nacional d\u2019un projecte es podr\u00e0\u00a0<strong>presentar \u00fanicament al curs actual en qu\u00e8 s\u2019estigui realitzant o al seg\u00fcent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>3. Si es denega un Segell de Qualitat Nacional, es pot tornar a sol\u00b7licitar\u00a0<strong>en una sola segona sol\u00b7licitud.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4. En projectes amb diversos docents espanyols socis, les sol\u00b7licituds de Segell de Qualitat Nacional de tots aquells que ho vulguin demanar <strong>s\u2019han de presentar en el termini d\u2019un mes a partir de la primera sol\u00b7licitud realitzada.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Els projectes que volen optar al Segell de Qualitat Europeu i que volen tenir l&#8217;opci\u00f3 de participar en la seg\u00fcent convocat\u00f2ria de Premis Europeus eTwinning, han de presentar les seves sol\u00b7licituds de Segell de Qualitat Nacional dins el termini establert a tal efecte (normalment, abans de la darrera setmana de juny).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><em>Segells de Qualitat Europeus (SQE)<\/em><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/internacional\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1767\/2025\/02\/SQE-label-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-16298 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/internacional\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1767\/2025\/02\/SQE-label-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"115\" height=\"111\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/internacional\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1767\/2025\/02\/SQE-label-1.png 816w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/internacional\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1767\/2025\/02\/SQE-label-1-300x289.png 300w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/internacional\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1767\/2025\/02\/SQE-label-1-768x741.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 115px) 100vw, 115px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Els <a href=\"https:\/\/school-education.ec.europa.eu\/en\/etwinning\/labels\/european-quality-label\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Segells de Qualitat Europeus<\/strong><\/a> (SQE) es trien entre els projectes que han obtingut el Segell de Qualitat Nacional dins del termini establert i indiquen que el projecte ha assolit certs est\u00e0ndards europeus. En <strong>l\u2019edici\u00f3 del 2025<\/strong> s&#8217;han obtingut <strong>63 Segells de Qualitat Europea a Catalunya.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Els concedeix el Servei Central de Suport (CSS) a docents que tinguin un projecte eTwinning seguint els seg\u00fcents criteris:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Servei Central de Suport (CSS) facilita a les Organitzacions Nacionals de Suport (NSO) les puntuacions mitjanes de tots els projectes que hagin rebut un NQL en, almenys, 2 pa\u00efsos diferents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada NSO proposa fins a un 25% dels projectes del seu pa\u00eds que hagin rebut un Segell de Qualitat Nacional i comptin amb una puntuaci\u00f3 mitjana <\/span><b>superior a 20 punts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El CSS comprova els projectes nominats i els concedeix la Segell de Qualitat Europeu.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>Novetat!<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir de l&#8217;<\/span><b>1 de juny de 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, per a poder optar al Segell de Qualitat Europeu, un projecte podr\u00e0 tenir un <strong>m\u00e0xim de 6 centres escolars associats<\/strong>, i <strong>cada centre<\/strong> podr\u00e0 tenir un <strong>m\u00e0xim de 4 professors<\/strong> participant en el projecte.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els projectes nacionals (amb dos fundadors del mateix pa\u00eds) que, en una fase posterior, incorporin socis d&#8217;un altre pa\u00eds europeu, no podran optar al Segell de Qualitat Europeu.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tenir el SQE \u00e9s <strong>requisit imprescindible<\/strong> per participar en la <strong>convocat\u00f2ria dels Premis Europeus eTwinning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Segells de Qualitat Nacional (SQN)<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/internacional\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1767\/2025\/02\/SQN-label-1.png\"><\/a>Els <a href=\"https:\/\/school-education.ec.europa.eu\/en\/etwinning\/labels\/etwinning-national-quality-label\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Segells de Qualitat Nacional <\/a>(SQN) s\u00f3n un reconeixement a l\u2019esfor\u00e7 i el treball realitzat pels docents en els projectes eTwinning.
