XXI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Declaraci\u00f3 Universal de Drets Humans proclama que tots els \u00e9ssers humans neixen lliures i iguals en dignitat i en drets. D\u2019aqu\u00ed sorgeix la idea que l\u2019educaci\u00f3 ha de ser apoderadora, rellevant i amb sentit per a cadascun dels infants\u00a0per poder desenvolupar les capacitats i potencialitats de cada persona i, alhora, avan\u00e7ar en cohesi\u00f3 social. Aquesta \u00e9s l\u2019ess\u00e8ncia que est\u00e0 a la base del proc\u00e9s de transformaci\u00f3 educativa que es viu a Catalunya, per actualitzar-ne el prop\u00f2sit i les pr\u00e0ctiques d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El prop\u00f2sit educatiu d\u2019avui, en paraules d\u2019UNESCO a <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/transformacioenxarxa\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1468\/2020\/03\/Repensar-leducacio\u0301.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Repensar l\u2019educaci\u00f3 (2015)<\/a> i d\u2019acord amb els <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/transformacioenxarxa\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1468\/2020\/03\/20151014_ODS_cat.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible (ODS)<\/a> definits a l\u2019Agenda 2030 de les Nacions Unides per al Desenvolupament Sostenible (2015), ha de ser reconsiderat d\u2019acord amb una visi\u00f3 renovada del desenvolupament hum\u00e0 i social sostenible que sigui tan equitatiu com viable, basada en principis de respecte per la vida i la dignitat humanes, la igualtat de drets i la just\u00edcia social, el respecte per la diversitat cultural i la solidaritat internacional i la responsabilitat compartida. L\u2019educaci\u00f3 \u00e9s, d\u2019una banda, un objectiu en s\u00ed mateixa i, de l\u2019altra, una via per assolir la resta d\u2019ODS. No \u00e9s nom\u00e9s una part essencial del desenvolupament sostenible, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 un instrument clau per aconseguir-lo. Representa una estrat\u00e8gia essencial en la consecuci\u00f3 d\u2019una nova visi\u00f3 del desenvolupament mundial sostenible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019OCDE estableix el 2012 els principis de l\u2019aprenentatge que trenquen amb l\u2019antiga concepci\u00f3 enciclopedista i selectiva que durant d\u00e8cades s\u2019ha tingut de l\u2019escola i la universitat, que entenia que a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019explicaci\u00f3 dels docents i del llibre de text es transmetien fets i conceptes a alumnes que escolten, exerciten i reprodueixen. Avui, en el context de grans reptes globals i de quarta revoluci\u00f3 industrial, cal concebre l\u2019educaci\u00f3 de forma diferent. Passar de la transmissi\u00f3 de coneixements al desenvolupament de compet\u00e8ncies per a la vida, aquelles compet\u00e8ncies que permeten emprar coneixements (informaci\u00f3, conceptes, habilitats, actituds i valors) en contextos espec\u00edfics i donar resposta a situacions reals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/transformacioenxarxa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1468\/2020\/05\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-05-26-a-les-8.45.58-e1590475630612.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8866 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/transformacioenxarxa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1468\/2020\/05\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-05-26-a-les-8.45.58-e1590475630612.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"401\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de Catalunya impulsa la innovaci\u00f3 i la recerca pedag\u00f2gica que permet desenvolupar f\u00f3rmules organitzatives i metodol\u00f2giques que responguin a les necessitats educatives de tot l\u2019alumnat i les seves fam\u00edlies, amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;assolir l&#8217;\u00e8xit educatiu en un marc d\u2019inclusi\u00f3. D\u2019acord amb la Llei 12\/2009, d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya, l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 educativa impulsa iniciatives de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, de corresponsabilitat i de treball conjunt entre els diferents agents i actors educatius com un factor clau que permet generar sinergies positives per a reflexionar, implementar i experimentar processos organitzatius, materials educatius i metodologies docents, i representa una oportunitat \u00fanica per aprofitar el potencial i la c\u00e0rrega d&#8217;il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 present en la comunitat educativa per a la millora en la prestaci\u00f3 del servei d\u2019educaci\u00f3 al nostre pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Declaraci\u00f3 Universal de Drets Humans proclama que tots els \u00e9ssers humans neixen lliures i iguals en dignitat i en drets.
