&#8220;Transformar per innovar&#8221;, docents i alumnes de l\u2019escola Poeta Foix de Barcelona, de l\u2019escola Dr. Ferran de Corbera d\u2019Ebre, de l\u2019escola Les Savines de Cervera, de l\u2019escola Mare de D\u00e9u de la Merc\u00e8 de Sant Ramon (ZER La Segarra), de l\u2019IE Francesc Camb\u00f3 i Batlle de Verges i de l\u2019escola La Maquinista de Barcelona, ens parlen de les experi\u00e8ncies educatives que duen a terme als seus centres relacionades amb el desenvolupament personal i social dels alumnes:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/transformacioenxarxa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1468\/2021\/03\/Lab_trans_edu_v4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" trobo avui?<\/strong>, l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la part emocional de l\u2019aprenentatge, a les dificultats comunicatives, a la resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes, s\u00f3n elements fonamentals en les diferents pr\u00e0ctiques que ens mostren com potenciar el desenvolupament personal i social dels alumnes.<\/p>\n<p>Connectar amb un mateix, mobilitzar les emocions per a prendre decisions que potenci\u00efn el rendiment personal, acad\u00e8mic i social dels alumnes, l\u2019autoconeixement, la mirada respectuosa cap als dem\u00e9s, cap a un mateix, l\u2019acompanyament dels processos individuals i col\u00b7lectius, fomentar la passi\u00f3 per aprendre, per con\u00e8ixer, s\u00f3n estrat\u00e8gies per afavorir la comunicaci\u00f3, la cohesi\u00f3 de grup, el benestar de totes i tots en un proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge compartit, i alhora \u00fanic per a cadasc\u00fa, que ha d\u2019acollir i fomentar els interessos personals, socials i acad\u00e8mics de les nostres alumnes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/M7tKbhsvv14\" width=\"800\" height=\"449\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Iniciatives com \u201cLa b\u00fastia\u201d, les \u201cobertures\u201d i els \u201ctancaments\u201d, \u201cSinapsi d\u2019il\u00b7lusions\u201d, el \u201cBon dia\u201d i els \u201cItineraris educatius personalitzats\u201d, s\u00f3n propostes i espais de reflexi\u00f3 conjunta, de tenir cura de la part emocional, d\u2019aprofundir en la tasca de la tutoria individualitzada, de compartir i descobrir a partir de l\u2019autoconeixement com ens sentim i com aprenem, com se senten i aprenen els dem\u00e9s, de tenir com a objectiu ser feli\u00e7os amb els dem\u00e9s, d\u2019altra banda, \u00fanica possibilitat real de ser feli\u00e7os, compartint el viatge.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per tal d&#8217;aprofitar al m\u00e0xim els continguts, us
