de l&#8217;aprenentatge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el darrer v\u00eddeo de la col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 <strong>Les dimensions de la transformaci\u00f3 als centres<\/strong> &#8220;Transformar per Innovar\u201d, alumnes i docents de l\u2019Institut Quatre Cantons de Barcelona, de l\u2019EScola Sant Esteve de Guialbes de Vilademuls, de l\u2019Escola Sant Ignasi de Manresa, i de l\u2019Institut Escola Magraners de Lleida, ens parlen de les seves experi\u00e8ncies al voltant de la personalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>Els protagonistes d\u2019aquest v\u00eddeo ens expliquen com duen a terme diferents estrat\u00e8gies de personalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge, mostrant-nos amb una varietat i imaginaci\u00f3 sorprenents com aconsegueixen que les experi\u00e8ncies educatives als seus centres s\u2019adeq\u00fcin als interessos i necessitats dels alumnes, que siguin significatives i satisfact\u00f2ries per a tothom, i que constitueixin una base ferma per a l\u2019aprenentatge al llarg de la vida de totes i tots.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019autogesti\u00f3 d\u2019espais de decisi\u00f3, la creaci\u00f3 de franges hor\u00e0ries amb propostes did\u00e0ctiques de lliure elecci\u00f3, l\u2019agrupament en \u00e0mbits de diferents mat\u00e8ries i el tractament interdisciplinar que se\u2019n fa, el foment i la pr\u00e0ctica del benestar i l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional com a base de qualsevol desenvolupament, la creaci\u00f3 de comissions mixtes on participen en igualtat de condicions tots els membres de la comunitat d\u2019aprenentatge, el car\u00e0cter irrenunciable d\u2019escola inclusiva, el treball per projectes, les carpetes d\u2019aprenentatge, la inquietud i la diversitat com a motors de canvi, de millora\u2026 Totes aquestes propostes i elements constitueixen una manera de fer, un tipus d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 flexible on el lideratge \u00e9s compartit, una cultura educativa que fa del respecte a l\u2019aprenent un dels seus puntals fonamentals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xPi_LOxeG9s\" width=\"800\" height=\"449\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les experi\u00e8ncies d\u2019aquests centres s\u00f3n un exemple magn\u00edfic de com el coneixement que es crea i creix en un ambient de respecte i de benestar emocional, on la consci\u00e8ncia de la import\u00e0ncia del b\u00e9 com\u00fa i de l\u2019aprendre plegades \u00e9s un dret irrenunciable, \u00e9s un dels millors punts de partida per comen\u00e7ar a transformar-nos, per aprendre a aprendre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per tal d&#8217;aprofitar al m\u00e0xim els continguts, us proposem treballar el v\u00eddeo amb les rutines de
