Equitat, inclusi\u00f3 i aprenentatge expert s\u00f3n alguns dels conceptes que ressonen i donen testimoni de com arribar a una educaci\u00f3 de qualitat. Cal que totes les persones compartim un llenguatge com\u00fa. Per aix\u00f2 parlem de just\u00edcia socioeducativa (que garanteix el dret, l\u2019acc\u00e9s i la participaci\u00f3 de qualsevol persona a l\u2019educaci\u00f3); del respecte a les difer\u00e8ncies i a la singularitat; i de variabilitat per al creixement personal i de la comunitat educativa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Decret 150\/2017 de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 educativa a l&#8217;alumnat en el marc d&#8217;un sistema educatiu inclusiu \u00e9s el paraig\u00fces que aixopluga l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de tot l\u2019alumnat i recull el pre\u00e0mbul de la Llei d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 12\/2009, del 10 de juliol, que exposa la necessitat d&#8217;adequar l&#8217;activitat educativa per atendre la diversitat de l&#8217;alumnat i l&#8217;assoliment d&#8217;una igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats i d&#8217;accessibilitat. Un dels principis rectors del sistema educatiu catal\u00e0 \u00e9s\u00a0 \u201cla cohesi\u00f3 social i l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 inclusiva com a base d&#8217;una escola per a tothom\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Decret 150\/2017, explicita les mesures i suports que garantiran que tots els centres siguin inclusius i posa de manifest els enfocaments educatius com el disseny<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">universal per a l&#8217;aprenentatge ja que permeten afavorir l&#8217;aprenentatge i la participaci\u00f3 de tot l\u2019alumnat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El DUA \u00e9s el marc que ens orienta cap a la millora dels processos d\u2019aprenentatge de totes les persones. Partint de coneixements cient\u00edfics sobre com aprenen les persones DUA ofereix experi\u00e8ncies flexibles per a l\u2019aprenentatge. Per fer-ho possible \u00e9s important ressaltar el paper del context, la detecci\u00f3 de les barreres que dificulten l\u2019acc\u00e9s i la participaci\u00f3 de les persones a l\u2019aprenentatge, la variabilitat (entesa com la forma en com aprenen les persones), els dissenys pensats per a tot l\u2019alumnat i amb car\u00e0cter proactiu, i el proc\u00e9s iteratiu que aporta un alt nivell de reflexi\u00f3 i reformulaci\u00f3 d\u2019actuacions educatives.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un dels eixos de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 de qualitat i inclusiva, segons el Disseny universal per a l\u2019aprenentatge, \u00e9s el desenvolupament d\u2019aprenents experts (persones decidides i motivades, enginyoses i coneixedores, i estrat\u00e8giques i decidides a les metes).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des d\u2019aquesta mirada DUA podem portar a terme processos per avan\u00e7ar en comunitats d&#8217;aprenentatges expertes i inclusives.
