{"id":13255,"date":"2022-07-21T08:54:29","date_gmt":"2022-07-21T06:54:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/transformacioenxarxa\/?p=13255"},"modified":"2025-12-18T12:28:02","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T11:28:02","slug":"estada-a-porto-portugal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/laboratori-millora-educativa\/portada\/estada-a-porto-portugal\/","title":{"rendered":"ESTADA A PORTO (PORTUGAL)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Del 23 al 27 de maig de 2022<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dins el marc del projecte Erasmus+ els t\u00e8cnics del\u00a0 Microconsorci MATE (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marc per a la Transformaci\u00f3 Educativa<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) hem realitzat una mobilitat de Job Shadowing a Porto (Portugal) amb l\u2019objectiu de con\u00e8ixer l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia d\u2019\u00e8xit del seu sistema educatiu i obtenir documentaci\u00f3 sobre el Marc de Qualitat Educativa, programes d\u2019innovaci\u00f3, acompanyament a centres i, tamb\u00e9, sobre aspectes concrets de centre i aula en relaci\u00f3 a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 del centre, les metodologies i la personalitzaci\u00f3 dels aprenentatges, el desenvolupament personal i social i l\u2019acompanyament a l\u2019aprenent, l\u2019entorn educatiu en xarxa, i la cultura avaluativa.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El contacte referent de Porto ha estat la Dra. Daniela Ferreira, investigadora de la Facultat de Ci\u00e8ncies de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de la Universitat de Porto, ens ha proporcionat tot tipus d\u2019informaci\u00f3 i coneixement de la situaci\u00f3 educativa a Portugal i, a m\u00e9s, ens ha vinculat amb els centres i ens ha acompanyat durant l\u2019estada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els centres que hem visitat han estat:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agrupamento de Escolas Padrao da L\u00e9gua<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a Matoshinos: un centre de Primer cicle (alumnat de 1r a 4t de Prim\u00e0ria).<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adre\u00e7a:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> EB do Padrao da L\u00e9gua (EB1\/JI).\u00a0 Rua D. Daniela Ferreira ens ha compartit com \u00e9s\u00a0 l\u2019acompanyament que es fa des de la Universitat als centres educatius per tal de combatre l\u2019absentisme i la segregaci\u00f3 escolar ja siguin centres per transformar o centres transformats.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquests dos centres educatius tenen un acompanyament personalitzat a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una persona consultora de l\u2019equip de recerca educativa de la Facultat de Ci\u00e8ncies de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de la Universitat de Porto que per orientar en el disseny del projecte educatiu del centre en funci\u00f3 del context i l\u2019etapa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com aquests dos centres, hi ha 179 m\u00e9s a tot Portugal.\u00a0 Tots ells, centres TEIP, tenen m\u00e9s hores lectives, m\u00e9s professors, m\u00e9s t\u00e8cnics, un p\u00e8rit\/consultor de la universitat, la supervisi\u00f3 de la inspecci\u00f3 i tamb\u00e9 de la Direcci\u00f3 General.\u00a0 A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, el programa d&#8217;acompanyament est\u00e0 finan\u00e7at per la Uni\u00f3 Europea i tamb\u00e9 per altres entitats de Lisboa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despr\u00e9s d\u2019una setmana intensa d\u2019aprenentatge constatem que en un proc\u00e9s de Transformaci\u00f3 Educativa\u2026 :<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s imprescindible emprar el Protocol de Canvi en els processos de millora i transformaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Han d\u2019existir programes palanca amb acompanyament intensiu i amb plans personalitzats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que aquests programes han de tenir una xarxa d\u2019aprenentatge entre iguals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que els grups de discussi\u00f3 entre els diferents agents de la comunitat educativa s\u00f3n fonamentals.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que cal fer visites entre centres per inspirar als docents\/professors, obrir mirades i possibilitats, modelar,&#8230;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que cal impulsar projectes innovadors a trav\u00e9s de les arts, ja que t\u00e9 molt de potencial per a la implicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que cal tenir un marc referencial de qualitat educativa, el qual s\u2019est\u00e0 construint des del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamb\u00e9 aportem que en quant a la gesti\u00f3 dels centres educatius:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cal tendir a projectes educatius de centre locals ( un \u00fanic projecte educatius per els diferents centres d\u2019una localitat o zona territorial petita.\u00a0 Dona coher\u00e8ncia i continu\u00eftat a la manera d\u2019aprendre de l\u2019alumnat i hi ha una verticalitat assegurada).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cal una dotaci\u00f3 de recursos per a centres que formen part d\u2019un programa per combatre l\u2019absentisme i la segregaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cal una dotaci\u00f3 de recursos i autonomia per a centres que volen ser la punta de llan\u00e7a en innovaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cal dotaci\u00f3 de recursos humans per a l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat tant des d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 com des de Salut (Reorganitzaci\u00f3 del recursos des de Salut per tal d\u2019optimitzar-los).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En quant a les r\u00e0tios per grup: no fer cr\u00e9ixer el nombre d\u2019alumnes per classe si ja hi figuren dos NEE.\u00a0 En total 20 amb alumnes NEE.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cal seguir aprofundint i coneixent <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019Observatorio de Calidade<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Cristelo i l<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019Eina d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 integrada <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">per tal de veure la utilitat en els centres educatius de
