{"id":13258,"date":"2022-07-21T09:04:48","date_gmt":"2022-07-21T07:04:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/transformacioenxarxa\/?p=13258"},"modified":"2025-12-18T12:27:52","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T11:27:52","slug":"relat-de-la-transformacio-educativa-de-lagrupamento-de-escolas-padrao-da-legua-a-matoshinos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/laboratori-millora-educativa\/portada\/relat-de-la-transformacio-educativa-de-lagrupamento-de-escolas-padrao-da-legua-a-matoshinos\/","title":{"rendered":"Relat de la  transformaci\u00f3 educativa de l\u2019Agrupamento de Escolas Padrao da L\u00e9gua a Matoshinos:"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per situar-nos una mica, l\u2019Agrupamento d\u2019Escolas do Padrao \u00e9s una escola petita d\u2019una sola l\u00ednia amb un claustre de 8 persones.\u00a0 Fa un parell de cursos era\u00a0 un centre amb un context social desfavorit i econ\u00f2mic baix.\u00a0 Predominaven fam\u00edlies i alumnes que pertanyien a la comunitat de gitanos de la zona. Com a centre educatiu ten\u00eden un alt percentatge d\u2019absentisme i destacava per la segregaci\u00f3 escolar. Tamb\u00e9 es trobaven que cada vegada m\u00e9s, hi havia menys docents que volien quedar-se en el centre tant per les dificultats a l\u2019hora de gestionar els grups com per la gesti\u00f3 d\u2019aula.\u00a0 A m\u00e9s, es trobaven que les fam\u00edlies del barri que no eren de la comunitat de gitanos cercaven altres centres educatius per escolaritzar a llurs fills ja que no volien portar-los a un centre en el que l\u2019alumnat no tenia \u00e8xit educatiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El claustre va prendre la decisi\u00f3 de demanar ajuda (a Portugal ho poden fer directament a l\u2019Ajuntament, ja que t\u00e9 compet\u00e8ncia educativa) i aquest es va posar en contacte amb la Universitat de Porto per tal d\u2019assignar-los una persona consultora (els Catedr\u00e0tics de les Universitats a Portugal tenen com a funci\u00f3, entre d\u2019altres, assessorar i orientar els centres educatius que estan designats com a TEIP durant un per\u00edode de tres cursos).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir d\u2019aquell moment es van posar en marxa diferents estrat\u00e8gies de canvi <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019assessorament de la persona consultora i l\u2019equip de recerca que van partir d\u2019una valoraci\u00f3 inicial de la situaci\u00f3 del centre i van proporcionar eines, recursos, formaci\u00f3 i acompanyament per\u00a0 iniciar el proc\u00e9s de transformaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La coordinadora del centre (que \u00e9s com les directores dels nostres centres de Catalunya) ens va explicar que en un primer moment van anar a visitar escoles amb una situaci\u00f3 similar i que ja havien iniciat el seu proc\u00e9s de transformaci\u00f3 per tal de veure el paral\u00b7lelisme i projectar cap al futur.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/transformacioenxarxa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1468\/2022\/07\/Captura-de-pantalla-2022-07-21-090316.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13260 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/transformacioenxarxa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1468\/2022\/07\/Captura-de-pantalla-2022-07-21-090316.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"736\" height=\"550\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/laboratori-millora-educativa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1468\/2022\/07\/Captura-de-pantalla-2022-07-21-090316.png 736w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/laboratori-millora-educativa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1468\/2022\/07\/Captura-de-pantalla-2022-07-21-090316-300x224.png 300w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/laboratori-millora-educativa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1468\/2022\/07\/Captura-de-pantalla-2022-07-21-090316-200x150.png 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 736px) 100vw, 736px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despr\u00e9s van passar a la construcci\u00f3 del Projecte Educatiu amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i assessorament\u00a0 de l\u2019equip d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 de la universitat i amb tot el claustre.\u00a0 Van concretar accions i van dissenyar projectes pilot dins el centre (cada setmana disposen de 2h de la persona consultora\/equip de recerca que els orienta i acompanya en el debat pedag\u00f2gic, el disseny i la concreci\u00f3 de les accions i incl\u00f2s en la organitzaci\u00f3 de la plantilla, horaris, equips de treball, etc). Destaquem que com a eix motivador per a l\u2019alumnat potencien les arts per tal d\u2019atraure, fer sentir que pertanyen a la comunitat i potenciar els talents de l\u2019alumnat.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vegada ho tenien tot a punt van passar a la fase d\u2019implementaci\u00f3 i any rere any valoren els projectes pilots, accions, organitzaci\u00f3, etc. per tal de fer els ajustos per la millora.\u00a0 Val a dir que si hi ha algun aspecte que destaca perqu\u00e8 no funciona el modifiquen quan cal per tal d\u2019oferir sempre el millor servei.
