Aprofundim amb la Mireia Tintor\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avui dijous, 28 de gener, ens trobem amb la Mireia Tintor\u00e9, professora de la Facultat d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de la Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, investigadora responsable del Grup de Recerca d\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019Institucions Educatives i Professionalitzaci\u00f3 i membre del Grup de Recerca Consolidat EDO, en la primera sessi\u00f3 del Seminari Tem\u00e0tic Aprofundim en lideratge en l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i la gesti\u00f3 del centre.<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e8 entenem per lideratge?<\/p>\n<p>Quina relaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 el lideratge amb el desenvolupament organitzatiu o amb el canvi i la millora a les escoles?<\/p>\n<p>La Mireia ens resol els dubtes i ens aporta una visi\u00f3 actual i fonamentada per poder-la implementar al nostre centre educatiu.
