{"id":8558,"date":"2022-01-18T12:01:09","date_gmt":"2022-01-18T11:01:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/lic-cce\/?p=8558"},"modified":"2022-03-21T17:09:51","modified_gmt":"2022-03-21T16:09:51","slug":"el-pla-de-suport-individualitzat-per-a-lalumnat-nouvingut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/lic-cce\/portada\/el-pla-de-suport-individualitzat-per-a-lalumnat-nouvingut\/","title":{"rendered":"El Pla de suport individualitzat per a l&#8217;alumnat nouvingut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;alumnat nouvingut ha de poder ser avaluat de totes mat\u00e8ries, en funci\u00f3 del seu progr\u00e9s, a partir dels objectius marcats i de les adaptacions curriculars.<\/p>\n<p>El pla de suport individualitzat (PI) \u00e9s un document que recull les valoracions i la presa de decisions dels equips docents (amb la participaci\u00f3 de la fam\u00edlia i de l\u2019alumne o alumna) sobre la planificaci\u00f3 de mesures, actuacions i suports per donar resposta a situacions singulars de determinats alumnes en tots els contextos en qu\u00e8 es desenvolupa el projecte educatiu.
