Des de la L3 de la MEX hem iniciat un proc\u00e9s de reflexi\u00f3 entorn a l’acompanyament del professorat, l’empoderament docent, la import\u00e0ncia del proc\u00e9s d’implicaci\u00f3 en el projecte de centre, el concepte “salari emocional” i la construcci\u00f3 de la cultura de centre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Pensem que \u00e9s un tema prou interessant i ampli com per a tornar-ho a reprendre.<\/p>\n

Aix\u00ed que, us convoquem el proper dijous 7 de novembre a les 17:30h a la Sala Montnegre del Servei Educatiu.<\/strong><\/p>\n
