{"id":14392,"date":"2025-01-20T13:42:42","date_gmt":"2025-01-20T12:42:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/mobilitatfp\/?p=14392"},"modified":"2025-01-24T10:31:45","modified_gmt":"2025-01-24T09:31:45","slug":"projecte-ka2-crocodiles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/mobilitatfp\/portada\/projecte-ka2-crocodiles\/","title":{"rendered":"Projecte KA2 CROCODILES (Termini tancat)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Busquem un centre d\u2019FP per unir-se al projecte europeu <\/span><b>CROCODILES &#8211; Corporate Digital Responsibility Skills.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Objectiu del projecte: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dotar als directius de les PIME de coneixements, habilitats i compet\u00e8ncies per aconseguir una <\/span><b>transformaci\u00f3 digital responsable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, mitjan\u00e7ant:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El desenvolupament i prova del programa de formaci\u00f3 especialitzat CDR ADVISOR.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La promoci\u00f3 de l\u2019\u00e8tica socioambiental i la sostenibilitat digital en les pr\u00e0ctiques empresarials.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Activitats destacades:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Formaci\u00f3 de formadors<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per impartir el programa CDR ADVISOR.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Selecci\u00f3 i participaci\u00f3 de directius de PIME<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en la formaci\u00f3 pilot, validant el contingut en cinc pa\u00efsos europeus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00das de <\/span><b>gamificaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per millorar l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 i el comprom\u00eds dels participants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adaptaci\u00f3 local i millora cont\u00ednua segons el marc EQAVET.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s interessant? <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest projecte est\u00e0 alineat amb les prioritats actuals de la nova llei d\u2019FP, incloent-hi el treball amb microcredencials i pr\u00e0ctiques innovadores en la formaci\u00f3 dual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Socis i pa\u00efsos:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El projecte compta amb socis de 9 pa\u00efsos: It\u00e0lia, Noruega, Fran\u00e7a, Alemanya, B\u00e8lgica, Eslov\u00e8nia, Irlanda, Dinamarca i Finl\u00e0ndia.
