{"id":9268,"date":"2021-04-27T13:44:19","date_gmt":"2021-04-27T11:44:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/occita\/?p=9268"},"modified":"2021-04-27T13:50:31","modified_gmt":"2021-04-27T11:50:31","slug":"franca-aprova-la-llei-de-proteccio-i-promocio-de-llengues-regionals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/occita\/general\/franca-aprova-la-llei-de-proteccio-i-promocio-de-llengues-regionals\/","title":{"rendered":"Fran\u00e7a aprova la Llei de protecci\u00f3 i promoci\u00f3 de lleng\u00fces regionals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El passat 8 d\u2019abril l<\/span><b>&#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.assemblee-nationale.fr\/\">Assemblea Nacional francesa<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> va aprovar la <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.assemblee-nationale.fr\/dyn\/15\/dossiers\/protection_patrimoniale_langues_regionales\">Llei de protecci\u00f3 i promoci\u00f3 de les lleng\u00fces de Fran\u00e7a<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que t\u00e9 com a objectiu protegir el <\/span><b>patrimoni<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i la <\/span><b>diversitat cultural<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de les lleng\u00fces minoritzades, aix\u00ed com difondre el seu \u00fas en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de l\u2019ensenyament i en els serveis p\u00fablics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9277 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/occita\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1295\/2021\/04\/paul-molac-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"254\" height=\"380\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/occita\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1295\/2021\/04\/paul-molac-1.jpg 526w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/occita\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1295\/2021\/04\/paul-molac-1-201x300.jpg 201w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 254px) 100vw, 254px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La llei, aprovada amb <\/span><b>247 vots a favor i 76 en contra<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ha estat promoguda p<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">el<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0dipu<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tat<\/span><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"> Paul Molac<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, un pol\u00edtic bret\u00f3 que forma part de l\u2019Assemble<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a Nacional des de 2012<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, i afecta lleng\u00fces com el <\/span><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">catal\u00e0, l\u2019occit\u00e0, el basc, el cors <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i<\/span><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"> el bret\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, entre d\u2019altres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En l\u2019\u00e0mbit de l\u2019educaci\u00f3, la base legal permet la implantaci\u00f3 de la <\/span><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">immersi\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a les esco<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les p\u00fabliques, a m\u00e9s de generalitzar l\u2019aprenentatge de les diferent<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s lleng\u00fces<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0pr\u00f2pies <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des del parvulari fins a l\u2019institut. Els territoris concernits per lleng\u00fces regionals hauran de garantir que tot l&#8217;alumnat pugui rebre un ensenyament immersiu o biling\u00fce aix\u00ed que, a partir d&#8217;ara, l\u2019<\/span><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">escola podr\u00e0 ser fins a un 50% en cat<\/b><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">al\u00e0 a la Catalunya Nord o en oocit\u00e0 a l&#8217;Occit\u00e0nia francesa.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En l\u2019\u00e0mbit p\u00fablic, la norma permet la retolaci\u00f3 biling\u00fce i permet posar als noms i cognoms les grafies que no existeixen en franc\u00e8s, com la \u2018\u00f1\u2019 del bret\u00f3 i els accents propis del catal\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Des del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3, creiem que \u00e9s un gran aven\u00e7 per donar a con\u00e8ixer les lleng\u00fces minoritzades que es troben en risc de p\u00e8rdua i un gran benefici per a l&#8217;alumnat, ja que es formaran com a persones pluriling\u00fces.
