Els plans educatius d\u2019entorn (PEE) tenen la missi\u00f3 d\u2019afavorir l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu de tots els infants i joves i contribuir a la cohesi\u00f3 social. Per aconseguir-ho s\u2019ha consolidat una xarxa estable que dona suport a l\u2019acci\u00f3 educativa posant en connexi\u00f3 els aprenentatges que es donen en els diferents espais educatius (formals, no formals i informals).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
