Reflexions del Webinar sobre Diversitat Religiosa: Resultats i Recursos Compartits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El passat 19 de mar\u00e7 va tenir lloc la sessi\u00f3 telem\u00e0tica sobre Gesti\u00f3 de la diversitat
religiosa en el marc dels Plans Educatius d’Entorn (PEE), a c\u00e0rrec d’Agust\u00ed Iglesias
Sala, de la Direcci\u00f3 General d’Afers Religiosos. La trobada va comptar amb una elevada
participaci\u00f3, reunint un total de 206 professionals de diversos \u00e0mbits de la comunitat
educativa, incloent-hi centres educatius, t\u00e8cnics locals de PEE i t\u00e8cnics comarcals
d’acollida.
Durant la sessi\u00f3, es va revisar la normativa vigent que regula la gesti\u00f3 de la diversitat
religiosa, un \u00e0mbit que experimenta un creixement constant i que desperta un inter\u00e8s
entre els professionals de l’educaci\u00f3 i la inclusi\u00f3. Aquesta reflexi\u00f3 i an\u00e0lisi van permetre
als participants aprofundir en la import\u00e0ncia de garantir una gesti\u00f3 adequada de la
diversitat religiosa en els entorns escolars i comunitaris.
La gesti\u00f3 de la diversitat religiosa no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s un imperatiu normatiu, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9
respon a la protecci\u00f3 d\u2019un dret fonamental. Des d\u2019una perspectiva antiracista, aquest
enfocament permet combatre prejudicis i discriminacions, promovent espais educatius
equitatius i inclusius on es respectin totes les creences i identitats religioses. La
diversitat religiosa, entesa com a part de la diversitat cultural, esdev\u00e9 una oportunitat per
refor\u00e7ar el di\u00e0leg intercultural i fomentar la conviv\u00e8ncia en igualtat de condicions.
En aquest sentit, la sessi\u00f3 va ser un espai enriquidor per compartir coneixements i
estrat\u00e8gies per a la gesti\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta diversitat des d\u2019un enfocament de drets i d\u2019equitat.
