C\u00c0TERING INAUGURACI\u00d3 CENTRE COMERCIAL \u201cTHE VILLAGE PALAM\u00d3S\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Projecte Integrat Pfi Ptt Palam\u00f3s Palafrugell<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019alumnat del perfil d\u2019Hoteleria, cuina i serveis de la Restauraci\u00f3 ha elaborat un C\u00e0tering per a la inauguraci\u00f3 del Centre Comercial Simulat The Village Palam\u00f3s .\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Primera fase:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Alumnat i professorat fa una recerca de tot el qu\u00e8 comporta preparar un c\u00e0tering i dissenya el propi projecte, des del tipus de c\u00e0tering a oferir fins les elaboracions amb els seus productes triats. Omplim les receptes dels productes que cuinarem.<\/span><\/p>\n

Segona fase:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Aprenem a fer escandalls i prepararem un pressupost final per a l’empresa que ens ha encomanat el C\u00e0tering. Amb el professorat hem omplert fitxes excels on queda plasmat el preu de cada elaboraci\u00f3 i aix\u00ed poder redactar i calcular un preu exacte de la feina feta.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tercera fase:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Elaboraci\u00f3 de tots els productes que presentarem el dia de la inauguraci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

-Montaditos de Salm\u00f3<\/span><\/p>\n

-Montadito de Guacamole amb gamba<\/span><\/p>\n

-Montadito de pollastre fumat amb maionesa de mostassa<\/span><\/p>\n

-Vaset de Past\u00eds de formatge<\/span><\/p>\n

-Vaset de Su\u00eds de Xocolata<\/span><\/p>\n

Quarta fase:<\/b><\/p>\n

Servei de C\u00e0tering .<\/span><\/p>\n

El dilluns dia 17 de maig ens trobem els dos perfils del PFI PTT Palam\u00f3s-Palafrugell al Restaurant Escola Cap Roig de la poblaci\u00f3 de Palafrugell i els nostres responsables del programa , per oferir el nostre servei de C\u00e0tering durant la inauguraci\u00f3 del centre comercial “The Village “.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hi ha una bonica decoraci\u00f3 de les taules i una bona presentaci\u00f3 de les elaboracions.<\/span><\/p>\n
