Enguany, els organitzadors ens atorguen un dels carrers principals, ens donen un pressupost per tal de poder fer una inversi\u00f3 en flors i ens posen tres requisits: que sigui un muntatge amb molta flor, que duri tot el cap de setmana i que sigui un muntatge aeri.<\/p>\n<p>Assumim el repte, treballem en equip per pensar idees, ens trobem en situacions complicades en que a l&#8217;hora de dur a terme les idees no ens surten, per\u00f2 no ens rendim i entre tots les provem les tornem a provar fins aconseguir amb el resultat esperat.<\/p>\n<p>La valoraci\u00f3 \u00e9s molt positiva ja que vam poder assolir els reptes, vam rebre molts comentaris positius de persones que els havia agradat la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 i ara ens serveix com a exemple de superaci\u00f3 de moments complicats. A m\u00e9s ens ha servit tamb\u00e9 per treballar compet\u00e8ncies generals.
